Northwest Florida diners have benefited many years from Chef Serafin's talent & efforts in bringing fine cuisine & ambiance to the area. He owned Jamie's Wine Bar & Restaurant for seventeen years, serving fine-dining menus with a stellar wine list. The Pensacola, Florida restaurant was one of the first in the Florida Panhandle to receive the prestigious Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" & one of the first to be listed "Top 100 Restaurants" by Florida Trend Magazine with recipes published in numerous journals and cookbooks.
We are now offering a variety of prepared foods and meals that can be ordered for pick-up at the shop. Everything is prepared from scratch and with the very best quality ingredients then frozen. All you need to do is thaw and heat using the instructions provided. We will be offering prepared meals, sides, soups, gumbos, and desserts.
We offer flavors you will love that satiate your guests. We are happy to create custom menus. All our meals are made with fresh &/or basic ingredients and prepared from scratch in our kitchen. Menus can be customized. Economy menus: include food, chef, buffet service on existing table or counter, disposable dinnerware, disposable flatware, linen-like napkins, set up one-half hour prior to dinner service, breakdown immediately after dinner service.Wedding & Party Packages for 50 guests or more: include food, dinnerware, flatware, linen-like napkins, staffing, beverage service, tables, chairs, linens, set-up, clean-up and breakdown after the party.
Full Service Menus require chefs & service staff and include: food station tables & their linens, dinnerware, flatware & linen-like napkins, set-up & breakdown after the party. Economy Menus are for a more modest budget and include the same delicious food, a chef, set-up of buffet service on your counter or table, disposable dinnerware, flatware & linen-like napkins.

We hired Gary with ECC to cater our destination wedding and everything exceeded our expectations. He was great about communication surrounding the event. The food was so so good and everyone was very professional. We enjoyed having them at our event. Highly recommend!

This vendor was great to work with. We were miles away trying to plan for our special day and they were extremely helpful. ECC came over to the property when we arrived to help with the layout and this meant a lot to us. The only reason I won't give a 4 star rating is because they were late to set up. While our outside tables and cake table looked great, the presentation of the food was not what I expected.

The kitchen counter top was used in place of 2 food stations and a side salad bar (paid for), which was discussed and planned a few day before the wedding. The down side was there were no cloths/decor or anything used to make the servings attractive. All food items left over were to be boxed and left, and that didn't happen. We expected a little more. I suggest being very specific with how the food stations will be displayed. Perhaps the late arrival had an impact on the food station set up.

I just have to say.a destination wedding was HARD work! Out of all of the vendors that were hired, Emerald Coast Catering came through with everything they said they would perfectly! We decided on the "economy menu" with the BBQ. We did both chicken breast, pulled pork and chose 3 sides.and it was perfect! The food was delicious! (for both our guests from Germany and also our Oklahoma guests!) We also hired the premium bartender service for 4 hours.

The 2 guys that came to serve the food and drinks were the only vendors I hired that said "It's your day, I'll do it however you like!" I can't say enough positive things.so glad we decided to hire Emerald Coast Catering!

This was the 4th wedding of our 4 children and the 3rd in 18 months.and by far the BEST! I never worried about a thing - I knew that the event would be everything my daughter wanted, the food would be awesome, all our guests would have a great time, and my husband and I would have a good time also. As an Event Planner, it is hard not to do things myself, but this wedding was a joy to plan, a joy to be at and my friends are still taking about the fabulous food.

The wedding took place outdoors so we needed tents, tables, chairs, and linens. The wedding ceremony and the reception were in different locations on the property so we need various set-ups, the weather was very unpredictable, the wedding started in the daylight and ended very late so we needed lighting, and we were expecting over 200 guests. The staff of Emerald Coast Catering was awesome and the wedding could not have been better. I would recommend Emerald Coast Catering to anyone planning a wedding, or event on the Emerald Coast!

Gary Serafin and ECC were great caterers for our wedding reception. Always prompt in returning calls and responding to our email questions. Prices were very reasonable, staff was courteous, prompt on the day of the event and the food was excellent. They even helped us save money by providing linens and tables at cost. Gary was very good with providing suggestions when prompted.

We had a tasting before we had selected our caterer and he was very accommodating when other caterers weren't, some not even returning calls. I definitely recommend Gary and the ECC staff for future events.

I am so grateful for Gary's help in planning the food for our wedding. We booked him last minute and he really came through, helping us figure out the best food for the type of reception we wanted. On the day of the wedding, I barely saw his staff.as the bride, I was already overwhelmed by details and it was so nice to know the food for my guests was completely taken care of.

My now-husband (who never raves about food) commented several times on how much he enjoyed the sliders! I was so pleased that he enjoyed it! Also, as a finishing touch, there was a box of food from the reception boxed up and ready to go with my new husband and me on our honeymoon! Since I hadn't had time to eat anything during the reception, I was SO grateful for this little, thoughtful touch!

They even uncorked the wine, added wine glasses and put in a bit of our wedding cake too. All in all, I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality of food and service I received from Gary and his staff. I would definitely recommend them, especially for someone planning a destination wedding where you have to trust your vendors to come through for you! Thanks, Gary! Scott and Ansley Russell

We were totally pleased with the job they did for our son's after-rehearsal dinner party. Our event was well-staffed, and the food was great. Gary and his team make everything easy. All the administrative details were handled very professionally. We would recommend ECC very highly and would definitely use them again.

Gary Serafin and Emerald Coast Catering are outstanding at what they do! After sorting through some less than helpful catering services in our area we found Gary and his team. Gary personally responded to my emails and gave a detailed and reasonable estimate upon request. He was infinitely helpful in selecting the appropriate menu style and combination along with decor.

Leading up to the event Gary continually provided an up to date summary of our selected services. This was very helpful in organizing other parts or our big day. On the day of our wedding Gary's team was set up and ready hours beforehand and provided great service with outstanding food. Our guests were full of compliments on the tasty hors devours and delectable dinner entrees. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Catering to anyone looking for delicious food combined with years of experience and friendly service.

I cannot recommend Emerald Coast highly enough. They are very consultative, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Gary and Jan were a big help in planning the right event, menu and setting. They know the coast and its venues well and will guide you in the right direction. The team that set up arrived early, had a "can-do" attitude and set the stage for a great event.

We used them for our wedding and the food was perfect. The bartender also helped guests understand the numerous wines we brought and how they paired with each course. I highly recommend Emerald Coast for any event on the gulf coast, especially those really special times that need to be perfect. Well done and thank you! Bill & Julie
