This past weekend, I stood up in a wedding that used one of the party busses to get us to the reception. Our bus driver was Don. He was so incredibly rude to everyone on the bus. He did not greet anyone with a smile and had a terrible demeanor about him from the minute we stepped on the bus. The bride and groom tipped him quite well ($200!) and he had the audacity to ask for more money!

The owner Keith was contacted and did not seem to care about the concerns of his customers. On top of all of this, the sound system was also very poor and could not tolerate very loud music. If you are looking to rent a party bus in the Fox Valley area, I would NOT recommend this company!

Wedding party had no air conditioning on a 90 degree day. 3 brides maids became ill because of the heat. Owner will not return calls or emails in over 3 weeks. They take your money, but don't seem to care about customer service.

They are the "Preferred Limousine Service of the Green Bay Packers" which is an honor in it's own right. The vehicles are beautiful and well maintained and the Chauffeurs are the greatest bunch of guys (and gal) I've ever met.

I booked this company for my daughters september wedding. 3 years my daughter planned for her perfect day unfortunately in early july her fiance found out he had stage 3 cancer. I phoned ELS to try to switch the date to next year since he needed to start chemo right away and they decided to postpone the big day. I talked to the secretary who sympathized but we needed to speak with the owner never heard back after a week called back and the owner keith answered.

Basically he said we have a contract to bad. Completely heartless I paid in full for the bus and wasnt going to let it go to waste. So i used the bus very filthy dirty the driver before ours never cleaned it one seat was so wet we couldnt use it. We will have the perfect wedding day next year but will not be using ELS and will never recommend.
