Where to even begin, my husband and I absolutely fell in love with Steele Crest from the moment we got to it. The scenery is just breath taking, pictures just don't do it any justice. Mark the owner, he is just unbelievably friendly and attentive to the grounds. He was very involved in making our day very special. The entire grounds are so well kept & the details he puts in into making everything look great is amazing.

The decor he had for our rehearsal was just so beautiful! I 100% recommend this venue, it's perfect for a small wedding. Everyone there was just in awe of the place. Unlike most place, the guys have a completely separate house for them to get ready & it's in a place where the groom won't risk seeing the bride. The main house which is for the bride & bridal party is fabulous! Plenty of space for everyone to get ready & not be in any ones way. Steele Crest Venue is the perfect venue!

The owner is the very best and made me stress less about our wedding day everything turned out perfect and mark was the very best at making sure everything was beyond perfect. The most beautiful venue ever and it was reasonable price!

This is a wonderful wedding venue, a beautifully hidden gem in NC! We searched high and low for the perfect location for an intimate wedding of 50. Steele Crest 100% delivered. Beautiful location with multiple personalized options for ceremony sites and on-site reception hall (rustic mixture of a barn and a lake house, views to die for). We chose to have our ceremony on the lake, but they also have the gazebo option and several others.

As a bride, Steele Crest covers all of its bases. There is a beautiful main house for the girls to get ready with everything you could need. The groomsmen have their own location to get ready which is another conversion of a tobacco barn that was renovated in a rustic industrial style. I cannot rave about the renovations enough; the style and eye behind these creations offer much more than the typical wedding venue and is truly unique.

I also found this venue to be very affordable. I am a teacher so our family has a limited budget and Steele Crest has options for all price ranges. We had an experience other places would've charged us double for. Large choice of bridal portrait locations, and so very romantic. The owners are also AWESOME. Communicative, personable, and very helpful.

They handled my dozens of questions and were always ready to lend a hand. They are also super fun people who care about what they are doing. Sometimes you don't find that in the wedding market today! Choose Steele Crest. You won't regret it!

When on the hunt for a wedding venue, I knew I wanted something different but still spoke for my personality. Steele Crest checked all my boxes from the adorable farm house to the immaculate grounds. The ceremony site and possibilities were endless. We chose to have our ceremony at the gazebo and it was everything I had ever envisioned. Mark and his team went above and beyond to make everything look so perfect for me.

Communication was always open and I never felt as if I were a bother with my many questions. I would 1000% recommend this venue to anyone and relive my wedding day here all over again if I could.

What a peaceful and absolutely beautiful breathtaking venue! Highly recommend anyone to have your event here. Mark was amazing to work with and his family homestead is one place that is magical.

We can't put into words how amazing our experience was at Steele Crest. Our entire wedding day was simply perfect, from the beautiful views to the amazing staff that catered to every need. Our close family and friends enjoyed every minute of our special day, giving compliment after compliment on how well manicured the entire venue was. Highly recommend this venue for any type of event! Such an amazing venue and the nicest, most caring, and helpful owner and staff. Our son and his bride just held their wedding here on 9/21/19, and everything was fantastic! Mark Steele had several updates completed this summer, including the bridal quarters, and it really is a "must see"! From the time you pull into the driveway, you're transferred back in time to a beautifully restored home place, with several restored buildings, including an old barn transformed into a super cute groomsmen's quarters, and a sweet little honeymoon suite.

The old barn is the perfect area for parties and receptions.lit with plenty of lighting strung across the patio area for nighttime dancing. And the pond.trees and lighting reflecting off the water.gorgeous! The lawn and landscaping is manicured immaculately. If you ride by this home place at night, the trees, gazebo, and various areas of the yard are all lit up.so beautiful.

My only regret was that I didn't get to spend enough time just sitting, relaxing, and enjoying the peacefulness of this beautiful place! Thank you, Mark Steele and staff, for treating us like family and taking care of our every need! Hope to visit again soon! If I could, I'd rate you and your venue 100 STARS! Best venue ever!
