I ordered a corsage and boutonniere they didn't think i paid for both when the website package clearly said corsage and boutonniere. We had to go back and get a boutonniere that didn't match my corsage other than white. Also the second I put the corsage on a rose completely fell out (there was 3). They came out pretty but I would not pay $40 again for the hassle. Other florist have cheaper prettier flowers that don't fall out right away.

I'm terribly disappointed in this florist service. I cannot believe I just paid almost $165 for this flower arrangement-it included a total of a one rose! If this is supposed to be the flower designer's best choice, I can't imagine what they send for a less expensive arrangement. I could have purchased an arrangement twice as big and with better flowers from the supermarket! Will make sure not to order flowers from here again.

Fantastic customer service and delivery, and beautiful arrangements. Two different times in the last couple of years, I've called Cremer (from out of town) for delivery to my mother, and two times they have been absolutely brilliant handling my requests and getting everything right and beautiful. Happy mom, happy family! :)

Calling my wife 10 minutes before arriving to let her know her flowers on the way is unacceptable and disappointing To your response It was a mother's day surprise by calling her and letting her know flowers on the way is what I was complaining about. I sent her flowers all the time 1st time using local shop to support them during pandamic

Yesterday I received the most beautiful basket overflowing with a gorgeous mix of green and flowering plants with a big yellow bow from my sweet spirited niece. The combination of colors, textures and arrangement brought so much sunshine to me in this Pennsylvania crazy weather. Thanks Cremer for the stunning work!

Placed an order today to gift my girlfriend who is out of state. Was really sad that I couldn't be there with her so I called these awesome ladies and to say they hit it out of the park is an understatement! I was expecting just some flowers in a vase but she went all out with some beautiful ribbons, a beautiful customized card, and even some white flowers in the mix when I was just expecting red! Seeing her reaction on video call was absolutely perfect and I can't thank you all enough for putting a smile on both of our faces!
