We call the bride 2 weeks before her Wedding to confirm times & places.
At that time, we ask for an invitation for the Wedding and Reception, which will be placed at the beginning of your video, along with background music. We also ask if you would like to have growing up pictures at the beginning of your video, along with background music.
The day of your Wedding, we arrive 1 hour before your ceremony - It takes about 10 minutes to set up our equipment. We find either the Bride or the Groom, whoever happens to be ready first. We put a wireless microphone on the groom so you can hear the wedding vows. We then go to the front of the church and pan all of the guests in attendance. We also film the grandmothers, grandfathers, mothers and fathers being seated. We videotape the entire ceremony and the receiving line, if you have one, at the church.
The reception is highlighted with the Bride and Groom entering the reception room, the best man giving his toast, and the guests seated at the tables. We shoot the cutting of the cake, a lot of the dancing, and throwing of the garter and bouquet. We also interview the wedding party. We end the tape with the Bride and Groom doing a fake leaving.
