I live in Georgia but wanted to send birthday flowers to my sister in Texas. It was on the weekend and everyone was closed or not answering calls except for them. They were extremely nice and accommodating to my special instructions. They were very clear about some flowers were not in season but the arrangement would be as close to the picture online as possible. They nailed it! My sister was surprised and she loved the beautiful Sunset flower arrangement. Thank you so much for making her day special!

Bice's is the BEST! I only like working with Cynthia. I know when I tell her I want a $250 designers choice. She will make it happen. She is also kind and listens. Sometimes calling to order flowers isn't the easiest thing. She makes me laugh every time no matter my mood! Thank you Bice's and Cynthia!

I googled good florists in HEB area and Bice's Florist popped up. I spoke with Cynthia! She was awesome! I spoke to her at 9:18am and literally an hour later the flowers were delivered and they were gorgeous! I will most definitely be doing business with this company again! Thanks again!

I called them up to send flowers to my mother that was sick in the hospital. I told them I would like something nice that was full of color and they outdid theirselves! they had them delivered within a few hours. the arrangement was just beautiful and full of color. thank you guys so much

This is the first time I have ever ordered from Bice Florist. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again! I live out of the state of Texas, so I found them online. You never really know what you will receive when ordering online. Bice Florist sent me a text message with a picture of the flowers they created for me. Unbelievable! How amazing is THAT?!?! The flowers were simply stunning! Bice Florist will DEFINITELY be receiving additional business from me in the future!

Honey chose them for our wedding bouquet & ordered without me. They are GORGEOUS & even matched the ribbon to my shoes! SO happy with this shop we even had them add our rose from a first date for "something old"

I live in CT. I saw Bice's Florist when I googled florist in this area. The flowers were for my best friend's special birthday. I look through the arrangements and called. I got the nicest lady on the phone to help me order one of the posted arrangement. My friend sent me a photo and was so pleased, to tears, about how beautiful they were. I would highly recommend Bice's for arrangements. The flowers were fresh and delivered as promised. They did a great job!

Was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife's job for Valentine's Day, and she was exceptionally pleased. Bouquet looked just like the websites picture, if not better. They were actually delivered at a perfect time, although I was advised that no delivery time could be guaranteed. She got many compliments from coworkers, and she was definitely pleased with the surprise!

Horrible experience! I ordered a Christmas arramgement for a business in Grapevine. It was based on one of their pictures but a larger version. What was delivered was a spring arrangement--no red, no dark green, no pine cones, etc. and put in a vase with a picture of 2 candy canes. The employee read back the correct instructions. She said they must have run out of flowers. They should have called me. Very embarrassing!

Customer service from Jessica was the worst! My friend ordered flowers for me & asked they be delivered before 4pm. He picked me up at 4:45pm and they were not delivered. He called to find out where they were. He was told they were delivered to my apartment complex office. No one told him that was an option if I wasn't home. No one called to see if I was home, and a day later, the apartment folks haven't called me either (they don't have to, not their job).

The worst thing is that when my friend commented to Jessica about having spent over $100 for the flowers, she interrupted him (she's on speaker so I hear this) and said that he spent $89 and that tax/delivery were extra! So Jessica summed up the call JUSTIFYING in her opinion that it was ok to leave the flowers in the apartment office, apologized if the delivery person didn't call us AND wanted to reiterate he didn't spend over $100 on flowers. WHO does that?

Buyers beware. Please don't be encouraged to support this place. The positive reviews are very misleading. My sister ordered me flowers for my birthday and within less than two days, the flowers started wilting and the hydrangeas starting turning brown. Rather than offer to send a new bouquet after providing them with photos, they only agreed to send three new stems of hydrangeas. TERRIBLE service!

Not to mention, who puts carnations (known as funeral flowers) in a birthday bouquet. I will tell everyone to stick with Dr Delphinium on Lovers. You will not be disappointed.

I requested the Junk Bucket as a birthday surprise for a family member. Bice's staff did an excellent job! I If you need a guy gift.call them.you'll be very pleased with their efforts and the results.praise to their staff member who did this for me.she prepared it as though she were doing it for her own family. THANKS!

I received a photo of the Anniversary Basket I sent to my friends for their 20th wedding celebration. They were very pleased with the selection of items in the basket and very grateful to have received it. Thank you for making me feel like they received my money's worth. I leaned some time ago to always find a local florist to service my needs. Most grateful!

I have called Bice's twice from out of town and both times I have had great experiences. Both of the florist that I dealt with have been very pleasant and extremely helpful. Extresmly professional. My Brother sent photos of the plants sent to different services and they were better than what I had ordered. Thanks guys. You are great and have earned my business and praise.

I received the most beautiful bouquet from Bice's florist for our anniversary. The roses and oriental lilies smell amazing and are so fresh! The gentleman who delivered them was charming, kind, and made my kids laugh with his jokes. I would highly recommend this florist for any floral needs.

Our employee was flown out of town across the state for an emergency procedure. I chose to shop local and found Bice's Florist. No answering machine, I got a live friendly person! She was so helpful, and was able to get the flowers delivered in a few hours! The service was excellent, the flowers were gorgeous and the followup letting us know it arrived just after 5pm same day! Just wow! I cannot say enough good things about this company. So glad they were there when we needed the perfect flowers.

Awesome, fast service. I live 4 hours away from Hurst, TX and I placed an online order through Bice's to send my grandma flowers today for her 90th birthday. They have already delivered them, within 2 hours of ordering. I couldn't be there to give her a hug, but Bice's came through to send her a beautiful colorful arrangement. I can't thank you enough!

The convenience of ordering online is that I don't have to speak to a person! They need to fix their website! Ordered flowers and chocolates but the website treated it as two separate orders causing my PayPal account to think there was a fraudulent purchase! Four or Five locations throughout the DFW area you'd think they could afford a reputable company to make them a good website! Oh, and $16.99 for delivery, which was a couple of miles! First and last time using this florist!

Excited to enjoy my gorgeous floral arrangement this Mother's Day! This place never disappoints! Love the creativity that goes in to these arrangements. The use of different textures and flower pairings never disappoints. A piece of artwork!

They're not even worth a star if it were possible. My grandmother placed an order over the phone, her request was a flower arrangement with a couple of balloons in the $60 range. What showed up at our doorstep, A DAY LATE, was a stuffed animal and two balloons. NEVER EVER USE THIS FLORIST! They'll charge for your order then not fulfill your request, much less do it a day late. Absolutely horrible!

Half the flowers weren't even in bloom. I understand having some bulbs.but half? The card was grammatically painful to read. Who capitalizes every letter? Too lazy to correct. Called to complain and they just directed me to their corporate customer center. No ownership of the order.
