Not only is this where I found THE dress, but it was the #1 bridal shop experience I had after shopping at MULTIPLE stores! Such a gorgeous, clean bridal shop with a great layout and so many style options. Kelsey B. was my stylist - she was literally the nicest person I've ever met and she not only understood my style, but she helped pick dresses that were actually flattering on me.

She made me feel so comfortable and confident the entire appointment, she knew how to clip me into dresses correctly (which after shopping at different stores, I realized not all of them had stylists that knew how- and clipping correctly is so important when sample sizes hardly ever come in the perfect size so if it's not clipped, you can't see the big picture!), and she never pressured me to buy anything.

As a very indecisive person with such an important decision to make, I sincerely appreciated that I felt that I could take time to go home and think about the dress. Almost every other shop tried to rush me into a sale with claims that I could wait no longer to order (at the time, wedding was over 9 months away). And in the time that I thought about the dress and re-evaluated pictures, I fell in love with it and was so happy to do business with such a great shop.

I will be recommending this shop to any future bride-to-be and would definitely recommend that you ask for Kelsey when you go in. She turned my stress and negativity about dress shopping into such a positive experience. After my wedding, I will update this review with pictures of my dress :)

The absolute best experience I could have ever imagined finding my dream dress with Casey's help! She was incredible for the start- kind, patient, accommodating and so fun. Brickhouse is in such a pretty area in the Woodlands and worth the drive from Houston. Their complimentary cocktails while shopping are so good and add such a fun vibe to a stressful process.

The shop is also gorgeous inside and really makes for such a luxury wedding dress shopping experience. Will be recommending all my Houston girls to go there for their dresses! Thank you all again for all you did to help me find my dress

This place is amazing! It is decorated so nicely and is a welcoming friendly environment. Everyone is nice and helpful. I had Sarah as a stylist and she was phenomenal! She was so sweet and made sure my opinions were heard and made sure I had everything I needed. She was so helpful and helped me pick the dress I said yes to! The whole experience was awesome and everyone was so attentive.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They have a wide variety of beautiful dresses. I was scared about picking dresses and was hoping I would find the right one. And I did! I am so glad I chose this place as my first place to visit. Wish I could give it more stars!

I cannot say enough good things about Brickhouse bridal! The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and the salon aesthetic was beautiful. The experience was everything I wanted and more! During the whole process they really make you feel so special and beautiful! This was the first bridal shop I went to ever! My stylist really understood what I was looking for and ultimately found me my dream dress!

I was hesitant at first because it was the first bridal shop I visited so I went to one other bridal shop across town and was NOT impressed, it was not even close to how Brickhouse made me feel. So the same day I drove back to Brickhouse to retry on the gown I loved and even the stylist who helped me quickly try it back on was so sweet! When I returned to pick up my dress, the staff again was so welcoming and just genuinely happy and excited for me and my big day! I highly recommend going to Brickhouse Bridal, you will truly feel so special!

This was my first bridal shop I had visited and the last! The establishment was absolutely beautiful when you walk in, and everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming! This was our 5th visit to a bridal salon & I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! The friendly staff at the front desk, clean & beautiful salon.and so many dresses. Sara, was an amazing consultant, knowledgeable & helpful. She was able to narrow down our selection and made the experience so fun for us! It was easy, quick & painless. Sarah was super helpful! She made me feel very comfortable and made the whole experience great! Unfortunately I didn't find my dress here but that has nothing to do with the store. I have been to three other bridal appointments at different shops and brickhouse bridal has been the best. I would definitely recommend going here especially for the first time trying on dresses.

I had such a great experience at Brickhouse Bridal, and my bridal consultant, Sarah was amazing! She was able to really listen to what I did and didn't like about each of the dresses I chose, and was able to pull the one I said yes to! I thought it would take many trips to different bridal boutiques until I could decide, but she made my vision come to life at my very first stop! Thanks so much, Sarah! You are the best!

Sarah was amazing to work with! This was my second round of trying dresses. The store itself is so nice and full of light! I loved being able to walk around and pick some out myself. I feel like Sarah really listened to me. As a plus sized bride, I was really nervous about having to try on too small dresses, but they know how to make it doable. It was a better shopping experience than trying to shop for everyday clothes, tbh.

I ended up really falling in love with a dress, but was set on going to my second appointment to try a different designer. Halfway through that appointment, I realized I was just comparing them all to the one at Brickhouse! We hightailed it back to the store and I bought my dress like 10 minutes until close. I felt silly for having gone to the second appointment after having found the one, and am grateful they stayed open a few extra minutes for me. This store was absolutely worth the drive from Austin, and I'm so excited to be a Brickhouse bride!

I highly recommend BHB! Their new facility is gorgeous and they had an incredible selection. Hundreds of wedding dresses covered the store, wall to wall. Our stylist was helpful and offered suggestions about ways to modify the dress, how the dress would be tailored, etc. She also was really helpful while the bride was changing by making sure the dress was totally unzipped, ready for the bride to step in, etc. The pricing starts at about $1,800 and their dresses were clearly very high quality.

The staff is very nice but I feel very mislead from my dress appointment try on to receiving it. When I tried on my dress, it was ballgown style but it was too much material for my liking. The associate grabbed all the side material and pinned it in the back and I absolutely loved it. She then assured me over and over I should order up a size when the sample fit me perfectly When I received the dress, there were two main huge problems.

The dress at the bigger size was huge on me and due to the material and pleating on the dress it cannot be altered to look exactly how she pinned the dress back. To even try to get close to how the associate pinned it back, I have spend over $1500 take the dress in and redoing the entire bottom skirt to try to even get close. Now I have a month out from the wedding and not even close to 100% happy with it and there isn't much more to be done since the skirt can't change much more.

The associates at brickhouse bridal need to be aware of how certain fabrics can be taken in and if that's possible and if it's going to be thousand of dollars in alterations. I feel very mislead and deceive and would have picked another dress if I had known this. Left feeling not nearly as confident going in now and disappointment in my experience. I'm writing this to make other brides aware that you cannot always simple just "take" the dress it on take material out. Not all dress material can move or lay like that and bridal associates should KNOW this before promising something that cannot happen.

Awesome customer service: complimented me in every gown, handed complimentary drinks (I got the recipe and can't stop drinking it!), and even went back a second time to re-try my favorite dresses. I did not officially order from them but bridal consult, Casey did help me find "the one". I didn't end up buying from here because I found the dress in Austin for a cheaper price-HOWEVER they were willing to match the price.

I still did not order from them because Austin is my hometown (which I will be moving back too) so when I move back I won't have to drive from Austin to Houston for alterations, fittings or pickups. Also it smells fantastic in there. I left there with the smell lingering on me and it was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful experience with Brickhouse Bridal! We live in a somewhat rural community outside of Houston and had tried a few shops more local prior to booking an appointment here. Our daughter had something very specific in mind and had just been unable to find a dress that "checked all of the boxes". When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly and were pleasantly surprised by the size of their inventory.

They had a nice and diverse selection of gowns. We enjoyed perusing their collections and identifying the ones we thought would be ideal. Our sales associate was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and informative. She did not push a hard sale but rather let the dresses speak for themselves. We never felt hurried or too limited on dress selections. We enjoyed the "modeling show" and appreciated the subtle input from the associate when it was called for. I am happy to say our daughter was able to find just the right gown that radiated her personality and made her feel special. Overall, our experience was really good!

Jackie was amazing! She was on top of it and knew exactly what dress I wanted when I didn't even really know lol! I was pretty overwhelmed with all the beautiful dresses thinking "how am I ever going to choose ONE" well Jackie ended up picking out dresses I didn't even select and "the one" ended up being the second dress I tried on that she picked out for me! The experience and service she provided was amazing.

I purchased my wedding dress from Brickhouse Bridal a couple of weeks ago. Kelsey was absolutely fabulous. She listened to all my wants and needs and totally delivered! She provided the best professional advise and made my day so easy! I recommend Brickhouse and Kelsey to any bride looking for the perfect dress!

I never write reviews, but I felt in my heart that I HAD to. My experience with Brickhouse Bridal and my consultant Caroline was 10/10! I was so nervous about going wedding dress shopping, normal dress shopping is a nightmare, and I was so worried about feeling about of out of place, self conscious, chubby, ect. I felt NONE of those things. Caroline was THE BEST, like that's my girl now.

I had no clue what I wanted, but she found me the perfect dress! She was kind, welcoming, she listened to my feedback, and she knew which dress was mine before I even did. She made me feel so comfortable, she hyped me up, and she reassured me that once I got the dress in, in my size, it would look even better. SHE WAS RIGHT! I received an estimated arrival date via email sometime after I ordered the dress.

My dress arrived right on time. When I went to go pick it up, I was so happy because there was Caroline! She helped me get into my dress, took pictures, and just made my entire experience so unforgettable. I could thank Caroline 100X more times for being such a shining star in my wedding dress shopping experience. I was prepared for a nightmare, but she gave me a dream! After going to 3 other bridal boutiques, I finally found my wedding dress! It was such a relief. Jackie was the consultant who helped me; she did such a great job. Her recommendations were on point, and she gave honest feedback and tips. 10/10 would suggest booking an appointment with her at Brickhouse Bridal.

Jackie is my girl! I had been to at least 20 bridal shops and tried on 73 dresses before coming to Brickhouse! There were some dresses I liked but I had a very specific look in mind and none of them were THE ONE. Jackie was not having it and would not let me try on dresses that didn't fit my description. We tried on a Martina Liana and she came up with different customizations in order to make my vision come true! She was bold and unrelentless and without her I probably would have had to settle on a dress.

In a society that has become so toxic and self-centered, Brickhouse Bridal reminded me that good still exists and injected me with a dose of hopefulness. I am guilty of being a last-minute bride due to limited availability of some family members due to COVID. On Wednesday, I booked an appointment online with Brickhouse Bridal for upcoming Saturday.

The consultant immediately called after seeing my wedding date and gave me honest facts. I would be taking a serious risk in ordering the dress that I wanted because it would take at least 16 weeks with a rush order. She suggested an off-the-rack dress but I informed her that I wasn't a fan of such and that I would call her back. Two days later after not reaching back out, Brickhouse Bridal reached out to me and suggested four other boutiques/designer lines I should try. Basically, redirecting my purchase elsewhere, so at a loss to them.

I will never forget the consultant's patience and kindness to help me. Some kind of way, I will find a way to bless this shop with new customers. Thank you Brickhouse Bridal!

WOW! Brickhouse Bridal really made my bridal dreams come true! Jackie went above and beyond to make every single moment so incredibly special for my big day. She is funny, kind, and so helpful to make your time flawless and beautifully you. I appreciate how much she listened to what I really wanted for a gown. I am also thankful she had me look at other options to make sure it was truly what I wanted.

She was always the perfect balance of giving advice to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted. Funny enough, it was love at first sight, and I picked the first dress she had found for me! She has great intuition! By the end of my appointment, I felt like she was part of my family. We can not thank her enough! She also helped my mom find her incredible gown as the Mother of the Bride.

She made my dream dress a reality and my beautiful mom's, and she made our day such a special event full of excitement and celebration for an incredible time in our life. Thank you!

Great quality dresses and service! I went to over 5 bridal shops including Kleinfeld's in NYC, and Brickhouse Bridal's consultants are second to none. I had a specific vision of how I wanted to look and what I wanted to wear for my wedding day. When I walked into Brickhouse Bridal I was hopeful, but it wasn't until my consultant went to picking dresses that I ended up finding "the one." My consultant listened to my thoughts and opinions as I tried on dresses throughout my appointment and she did a fantastic job by coming out with the perfect dress for me.

While other bridal shops just had me choose my own gowns out to try on or were more interested in a sale, Brickhouse Bridal was truly interested in finding what I wanted in a wedding dress and what would look great on me. We even went back and bought a custom veil for my dress and also found the perfect Mother of the Bride dress. Thank you Brickhouse Bridal!

Upon recommendations from several friends I scheduled an appointment at Brickhouse Bridal. They were amazing from the start. They have such a variety of dresses both in style and budget. They were open and helpful about everything. Our appointment was amazing and I found the dress of my dreams within a reasonable budget. Felt like a princess! The staff were phenomenal in communicating any changes or questions. It was super easy to reach them as well. Loved the dress, loved the team, and loved the experience! Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. This was the first place I went to look for dresses. I let the sales rep Jacky know that I had two more places to visit on sat & sun and that if I didn't like what I saw, I would call on Monday with a card to pay for TWO dresses. When I called to pay, Jacky told me that the 10% discount was only for day of. When I said she didn't tell me that, she got an attitude and said that she's been saying the same thing for 14 years & she's sorry I DIDN'T HEAR HER!

She said she told me in the text it was only valid that day (text attached). She also told me that I was told when I booked. As if I'm some kind of idiot that forgets something I've been told 3 times! When I asked her why she give me the discount included in the price I was to call-in to pay on Monday, she said that "sometimes people change their mind about looking at other shops & call back" however she didn't tell me that stipulation when she quoted me. The whole experience was just UGLY. I will take my business to a shop where they know how to treat customers. this is not it.

The staff at Brickhouse bridal were all nice in person and seemed attentive. I went there to browse bridal belts and found one I liked l, but wanted to think on it. I emailed the sales associate the next day about customizing the belt and never received a response. not even days or weeks later. I had a friend reach out to them by email to see if it was something on my end, but she never got a reply either. I ended up buying a bridal belt on Etsy because of the lack in customer service with Brickhouse.

From the moment I walk into Brickhouse Bridal, it was such a magical experience. All the ladies working were so polite & sweet! My group & I got paired with Casey, who was absolutely AMAZING. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses & she made it seem so fun & easy & walked me through everything. I came in excited but nervous & a little scared not knowing what to expect. I unfortunately didn't say yes to the dress at BHB but Casey is terrific and I thank her for making the experience so relaxing & wonderful!

What an amazing experience. It was so easy to make an appointment with them and they're so efficient. They're the first bridal store I visited and my last. [I did my research online for a few months about the diff stores in htx beforehand]. Kelsey was my consultant. I walked in with feelings of excitement and nervousness at the same time cause it was my first time shopping for my wedding dress. Kelsey made it so fun.

Even offered me a lot of tips and created such a positive, joyous experience. Within less than 2 hours, we found the dress of my dreams! If you're like me, trying to plan a wedding while in a pandemic, there's a lot of uncertainty with covid. But you won't regret shopping at BHB. I can't wait to pick up my dress.

Wow! Just wow! I couldn't recommend this place enough. On my way to my appointment, I hit a pothole (lovely!) and completely busted my tire. I called them in a panic because I knew I'd be late and they were limited on appts due to it being a trunk show weekend. To my surprise, they were SUPER accommodating and rescheduled me for 2 hours later.

I was super stressed as soon as I walked through the door from the disaster of the day. However, from the moment I walked in the door, they greeted me with so much positivity and joy and told me they were determined to turn my day around. They did EXACTLY that! Jacqueline is literally an angel on earth! As soon as I showed her my vision, she picked an absolute dream of a dress and I fell in love as soon as she showed me.

We went and clipped a few more dresses after but Jackie said she wanted me to try that dress on first to get me excited and out of my head about the tire. Y'all! The dress was everything I ever dreamed of and more. Needless to say, after trying on countless other STUNNING dresses, I couldn't stop thinking about that first one. My family flew in town for dress shopping so I insisted on not saying "yes" too soon. Jackie did not push me whatsoever as she was confident that that would be my dress and wanted me to be just as confident too. Needless to say after driving to Austin to shop at 3 different stores the next day, we rushed back to Houston so that I could SAY YESSSS TO THE DRESS before the trunk show ended! Hands down the best experience I could have ever asked for and a memory I'll never forget.

Sample Store TLDR: Great shopping experience, frustrating email customer service So my shopping experience at the sample store was great. The consultant I worked with was super helpful at suggesting gowns and it was easy to pick which ones to try on. I found one that needed to be let out a little bit and she assured me that any alterations place could easily do that and maintain the integrity of the dress.

So I went ahead and purchased that dress - she even gave me an extra 10% off which I was grateful for. The issues came when I went to get it altered. Brick house gives a list of five recommended alteration companies, but the only one close to my house was extremely pricey so I decided to use a different *very highly rated* seamstress. She informed me that due to the lace overlay not having extra fabric built in, it wasn't possible to let the dress out, and that the saleswoman was mistaken.

We ended up being able to put in a corset back and save the dress. However, when I emailed Brickhouse with the feedback from the seamstress before writing this review they were very rude and insisted that they would only accept professional alterations opinions from their recommended seamstresses. That email exchange put a negative taste in my mouth, and will keep me from recommending brickhouse in the future.

Made my dress shopping experience fun and easy! Cutest shop inside and it has great natural lighting too! I was able to find my dream dress for $2,000!

I just had my appt this morning with Paris and she was SO lovely. My parents and I were totally blown away by the selection and quality of gowns at this boutique. I highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal for any and all brides who are looking for a gown that will show stop on your big day!

Worst experience ever! They need to put on their website that they are by appointment ONLY so people do not drive out of town for nothing. Also, when we arrived the lady stated due to COVID 19 capacity laws we weren't allowed in as well when literally there was no one else there. Your loss for losing business.

My daughter had a tight schedule to find a wonderful wedding gown. Brickhouse came to the rescue. After trying on 8 dresses she found her gown. How do they do this? Most, if not all of their staff have been there for several years! They know their business and they listen carefully. After this we breathed a sigh of relief and thanked them profusely for coming through in the time of Corona. Most of all our daughter is happy!

I had such a nice experience at Brickhouse bridal. I was greeted right away when I came in the store. My consultant was Yvette (The person on the right of the picture) and SHE WAS AMAZING. She was very personal with me, gave me her personal opinions, and suggested dresses for me to see what I think based on what I was looking for. Having a awesome consultant in your bridal appointment can really make a difference.

I loved how patient, nice, and friendly she was. I recommend everyone to request an appointment with Yvette right away! When I was checking out I had like 5 gift cards and the lady checking me out (I did not get her name but I went in 10/11/2020) was very patient with this. She was very informative on when my dress will arrive and payment explanation.

I really appreciated that! The drive from Katy was WORTH IT! Everyone needs to come here when shopping for a wedding dress. They also have bridesmaids dresses as well. Just FYI, if you get a dress here they give you a gift (I am not saying what it is!);D THANK YOU BRICKHOUSE BRIDAL!

I came here from Philadelphia with my mom who lives in the Houston area. As most people know weddings are stressful but my experience here was the exact opposite. Paris was our consultant and she was professional, honest, and so helpful and knowledgeable. She respected my budget and was honest when I needed her to be. The salon is beautiful and the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful.

My max budget was $3000 and most dresses were actually under that which was really nice because it gave me a large selection to pick from that I could afford. I ended up finding my gown, under budget and cancelled the rest of my bridal appointments for later in the day. I highly recommend them.

This place is far out there from Houston central, but it was totally worth the drive! I was very impressed by the environment and most importantly, selection of dresses. This review is purely based off the dress selection process. The store is spacious and gives each bridal party adequate space for dress viewing that felt personal. There were several consultations going on simultaneously but we didn't really see or hear them from our section.

The 3 panel mirror was also very helpful for pictures and the bride could see the dress from different angles. The dresses seemed to be nicer quality than David Bridal's and the prices ranged from ~$900-$4000. They have off the rack dresses also that are around 50% off so it's a place that works for a wide range of budgets. At first I was worried the bride wouldn't find anything as a lot of the dresses were princess style, but there ended up being a lot of selection for sleeker more modern dresses and even very simple ones.

I really liked their curation of brands, styles, and budgets. Highly recommend Sarah, who was super professional, seasoned, and listened to the bride. She was also not a pushy sales consultant and did a good job in helping the bride narrow down her choices.

I was just amazed on how the bridal shop made every effort for me to find the perfect gown. Which I did! Today I got my dress and had the most amazing experience I knew that the dress was meant to be mine. Everything was perfect, I cried because It was such a special moment between my family and I! The dress was simple but elegant just the way I wanted everything was just amazing. SARA was REALLLY helpful, I just had to write this review as soon as I got out of there because she did an amazing job helping match everything. Thank you so much! A few weeks ago I came back into Brickhouse to try on the same sample dress I had originally tried on. It fit very similar to back in March (maybe one inch or so tighter). Casey and her team were very accommodating and polite as it was a challenging situation. I understand the protocol they took as many female bodies can change between trying on a dress and the dress arriving months later. However, I was determined to get this fixed (none of my clothing had changed, my weight has not fluctuated more than 2-3 lbs, etc) as my wedding date is approaching.

I left my dress with Brickhouse as they sent it as well as the sample dress to be measured by the designer. Samples get stretched. sometimes dresses can be made a little too tight. I really appreciated their extra effort because at this point, anything helps! I received a phone call about a week later that they were going to keep my dress and rush order me a new one. TEARS OF HAPPINESS.

With any large purchase, it is always best to double and triple check anything. With any important purchase, it is important to stand your ground for what you know to be true. It took A LOT for me to come out of my shell and do my best to prove I hadn't gained 4-5 inches and I'm so thankful Brickhouse was nothing but kind and willing to work with me.
