In addition to assisting you in choosing a Maui location, our wedding planning services include every detail that you'll need to think about for your wedding. We'll help you select a minister, musician, florist, photographer, caterer or fine dining location. Many couples forget something or leave it undecided until too late, but our experts help you get everything taken care of in advance so you have no worries. We offer a number of very popular Maui wedding packages. We are happy to add something or remove an item if you'd wish.
Lovely ocean front PRIVATE ESTATES offer not only spectacular views but also privacy and the ability for you to control your costs, rather thanbeing limited to one choice of chef through a resort or restaurant. Most private estates will allow us to bring in a caterer (we offer you your choice of 3-5 top catering companies on island) and you can purchase your own beverages to bring with you. We feel that a private estate offers a "blank canvas" for us to help you create the design of your event that you have always imagined.
Your wedding lasts only one day, and oftentimes the excitement and anticipation surrounding your wedding can make it go by in the blink of an eye! That is why capturing every cherished moment is so very important. Our talented wedding photographers on Maui are experts in knowing how to capture the perfect island light, our amazing sunsets, and every detail of your wedding day.
Our island grown flowers are beautiful and can add so much aroma as well as color to your wedding photos. We can also ship in flowers for an additional fee if you prefer a variety that isn't native to Hawaii. Only you know what flowers you envision for your most important day. We work with Maui's finest florists so you can have the floral arrangements of your dreams.

Overall Service: Excellent COORDINATOR: Gwen was amazing from day one. For a couple who had dreams of getting married in Maui, Hawaii, she made it very possible considering we were living in a small isolated northern community in Labrador, Canada. Although we had a 7 hour time difference, she returned my calls at reasonable hours and was very fast to respond to emails and give us advice.
All we had to do was show up and everything was taken care of! MINISTER: Ron was fabulous! He was very friendly, made the men feel comfortable and we loved his traditional dress! He looked the part of a minister! PHOTOGRAPHY: WOW! We would highly recommend Alan Fong to anyone! He took his time, waited for the right backdrop (waves crashing, clouds in the sky, perfect sunset moments, etc.).
We never once felt like we were rushed. He just wanted us to 'enjoy the moment'. His picks for prints were fabulous! He was very kind hearted, comical, and definitely knew what he was doing. He had the prints to us very promptly and delivered them right to our condo and gave us full rights to all the photos for us to print when we returned home. Excellent service! VIDEOGRAPHY: We had so much fun with Brian!
Many times videographers are up in your face, however, a few times, Brian had to remind us that he was actually there! He, along with Alan, waited for all the right shots. We were really impressed when he asked us to redo our vows after the ceremony as he wasn't happy with a few spectators on the beach that were in the vow shots. We felt that most people wouldn't even take the time to re-tape that and just have an 'oh well' attitude, but not this guy!
The video was waited for us at our door the next day! It was a huge hit with friends and family when we returned back home! MUSICIAN: Excellent guitarist! His soft voice and guitar picking was a great fit to our small ceremony. We couldn't have asked for better! FLOWERS: Just what I wanted! I had a hard time envisioning my bouquet but this one was it.
I send the colors to Gwen and she sent back a beautiful picture. The bouquet was just that, beautiful orange lilies, blue delphiniums, and white dendrobiums. The florist was a sweet lady and the flowers couldn't have better suited what I was wanting! The leis were also so fragrant and lasted a while. HAIR/MAKE-UP: Theresa knew how to get things done!
She was so sufficient and precise. Our hair & makeup was beautiful! She went above and beyond her duty, driving myself & maid of honor to the beach so the groom wouldn't see the me. Since we were early, she took us on a tour of Maui along the way.made us feel very comfortable and relaxed as we waited for the groom and others to arrive at the beach.
Top notch service! THANKS! SUGGESTIONS: My only suggestion is this: Do not second guess yourselves when trying to find a wedding planner for Hawaii! Blue Ocean Weddings is the way to go! They will take care of everything for you and make the day SO stress free. Most people complain that they don't remember their wedding day due to stress, well it was the complete opposite for us thanks to Gwen and her team. Mahalo! Stephanie & Ben
