I was in town for a wedding and they fit me in for waxing. Sorivel did an outstanding job-next time in town I will plan for more services. Very clean and professional. Wonderful spa!

So disappointed in my pedicure! Saved my first pedi of the summer to have a full spa pedi and it was nowhere close. No foot scraping, no massage, hot towels were cold, nothing but a very mediocre polish with cracked heels and nothing the least bit "spa" about it. Very sad.

Mia was so awesome. I'm always nervous to get my haircut because I feel like hair dressers never listen to me but Mia showed me what she was doing the entire time and asked thoroughly what I wanted. The best! I love my haircut too :

I am visiting Falmouth for the month, and came in to buy some shampoo; I love Kevin Murphy products, and they have the full line. Then decided I really needed a haircut. I had an appointment with Mia within the hour! She did a great job, and she was so easy to talk to. It felt like I had known her for years. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Bellezza Salon!

I had the best CBD massage by Lisa. She is AMAZING! Super professional and excellent customer service. She made my chronic pain so much better. I will be seeing her monthly now. I have never been to Belleza before, and I was amazed at how large it was. It was nice to see a Spa in the Cape that is newly renovated and not like other Spas that have not been renovated since 1990's.

My only complaint is two things. I think the entire place needs to be painted a more current color scheme. Red really is dated and not really a good color for a salon and spa. Also, the owner really needs to hire a cleaning company. The baseboards in the bathroom had months of dust and dirt on them. The sink and cabinet fixture was all worn and needs to be replaced. Also, when I took my shoes off in my massage room I could tell it hadn't been vacuumed because I got sand and dust etc on my bare feet.

I would highly suggest the owner hire a weekly cleaning company as it shouldn't be the staff who is doing routine cleaning. That should be done by a professional cleaning company who knows how to clean correctly. Especially when you are taking off your shoes and using the restroom. It should look spotless. Other than that I will return because I loved Lisa.

It's a great spa experience right in downtown Falmouth! I've been to swanky spas all over the country, and Bellezza gives a similar experience! Without the sunny porch overlooking the vineyards below ( like California). But it's Falmouth!

Received a prenatal massage from Adrienne. She communicated what the massage would be like and asked questions about how my body was feeling beforehand. The massage was relaxing and helped with some of the aches from pregnancy. I would recommend.

I had a great wax service here. I wish I could remember the woman's name who did it. She was quick and thorough. The woman at the front desk was friendly. I would say that the room I was in could have been cleaner. There were pieces of wax on the floor from a previous appointment. The stool in the room looked like the base hadn't been dusted or swept behind in months.

We had a great experience getting facials here while on a girls' trip! Ashlynn (sp.?) was a great esthetician and we had a fun, relaxing experience. All the staff were so kind and accommodating and we left with some nice SkinCeuticals products, too! Would highly recommend.

I can't speak to the treatment but I can say they have no respect for their customers. Had an appointment for a haircut. When I went in they said they were running 10 mins late. Thirty to forty minutes later the hair dresser told me that she was just finishing up the highlights of previous customer and needed 10-15 mins more. About 25 mins longer and now I see her washing the hair and starting an appointment with someone else.

When I asked what the situation was they said they were running behind. I can understand and accept that, but be honest and let the customer know so they aren't sitting and waiting needlessly. I left and will not be going back to Bellezza Spa in Falmouth, MA.

My wife and I both received massages from Adrienne. We were very happy with the quality of the massages. She was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is very nice and clean. The communication was good. As others have noted, covid-19 safety protocols are in place and we both felt very safe.

(there was no option to hit 0 stars but i would give it negative stars). THE WORST HAIR SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. my hair was absolutely ruined and the nasty owner, Vera, was so unreasonable and dismissive. i spent 5 hours of my day there and i'm out $250 and my hair is wrecked and i have to pay someone else at a reputable salon to fix it. Vera would not give me my money back which is so ridiculous considering the final product which ultimately ruined my hair.

I am going to tell everyone i know in falmouth as well as the falmouth facebook page to never ever ever go to this place again. all this women had to do was refund me my $200 (we told her keep the $40 tip for the stylist). absolutely baffled by the owners behavior. what a horrible person. end result is that we have to get our credit card company involved to dispute the chargers!

I recently had Chris change my hair color and cut and she did an amazing job! On both! She corrected and got rid if the red brassy color in my hair and gave me a very classy cut! Jenna is the best at waxing and tinting brows and lashes! She recommended rapid brow when my brows started thinning and now they are so full!

Worst massage ever! I went to Bellezza this past Saturday, looking forward to an 80 minute massage starting at 2:30pm. Michelle came to get me from the waiting area at 2:37. She brought me to the designated room, which had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There, she asked me what what kind of massage I wanted and any areas in particular that she should focus on.

I told that I wanted a Swedish massage and hoped to get my circulation going and that I loved my hands to be massaged, because I spend time on a computer. She then, left me to change for another 7 minutes! I started on my back, Michelle was behind my head and the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. Between the smell and the lack of efforts.the massage was beyond lame. Michelle spent approximately one minute on each hand.

I asked her (as it was not in the slightest bit relaxing or enjoyable) if I could change to a 50 minute massage instead of 80 minute. She said yes. She ended at exactly 3:20. So in reality, my massage was about 15 minutes shorter then 50 minutes. I went out pay and told the receptionist that it was a very disappointing experience. That my masseuse and the room smelled like cigarettes, and that I put lotion on my grandchildren with more intensity to than what Michel put into my massage.

The receptionist said "I will make sure I tell the manager" and then asked if I wanted to add a tip to my $95 bill?.so customer satisfaction is clearly not an issue for them.

This place was amazing. I had a facial by Stephanie M. Which was beyond fabulous. She paid attention to my skin and answered all my questions with great knowledge. Place was very clean and spiffy. I think next time I'll book a massage!

I'm done with this place. I had a terrible experience with getting a simple eyebrow wax and after 3 tries the esthetician still couldn't get it right. I was left with having to finish the job myself after paying $20 plus $5 tip! The esthetician was clearly inexperienced. Over the years it's been hit or miss here, so I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Very unhappy with the skill level of the services here.

My sister got a four hour treatment, that come with a 90 minute massage. As a birthday gift. They assured my dad on wensday that it would be set, and on Friday my dad was told that the massage therapist was not there. We considered going to another spa. We get that someone could get sick, but the people there did not seem sorry at all. (It was for a supprise party. To get her out of the house). They did not offer any compensation.

I'm going to start out by saying that my massage therapist Michelle was great! She did a wonderful job and really took her time and attention on the areas that I asked her to. She is excluded from my review of the spa, 5 stars for her. There is a lot of space in this spa that they could've utilized better. There is a large space with empty shelves, and a small space for seating.

There are no separate locker rooms, but there are also no lockers anywhere provided to place your belongings. I like to have peace of mind in a day spa. Maybe take some of the empty shelves out and add some space that people can lock up there belongings and not have to worry about carrying them around. I was told I didn't need a locker, I take my belongings in the room with me. Also, just a suggestion: In the sitting room when you are waiting for your therapist, there is an empty diagonal wall.

That is the perfect space for a nice long side table, where you can have some flavored water, maybe some tea, maybe some fruit and nuts. You don't get robes to change into, ok. You are supposed to undress in the massage room. Ok also. What they need to provide, again another suggestion, is at least a table and a hook area next to it, in the room, that you could fold your clothes and place them on and/or hand up.

Also so that You can place you pocketbook/wallet/keys/jewelry on that you weren't able to lock up. I had to put my pocketbook on the floor and my clothes on a chair. In all fairness, They are trying to be a nice upscale spa, and they are right there. But they need to step up their game just a little bit. I had a nice time and I liked my massage very much, but just a few little tweaks would make this place really great.

I went to Bellezza to get my hair and make-up done for my best friend's wedding that took place in Falmouth. At first I was apprehensive of the salon, not only because it was the most generally expensive option in the town of Falmouth, but also that they charge $20 for lash application, even if you bring your own lashes! I have never experienced this in many years.

After the bride had her trial and her make-up done beautifully, I agreed to make an appointment for myself. My stylist was rushed to get me done quickly but not efficiently, clearly to get on to her next client. My hair didn't look like what I had asked for, but she assured me it would, and that it would stay put despite such a windy day. I have blonde hair and my roots needed a little coverage in the front after being sprayed with hair spray.

My stylist showed me to a highlight root fixing crayon tester. When she picked up the tester for me to use on my hair, it fell to the floor and broke, so she incredulously responded that she couldn't open another and I would have to purchase the crayon for $23. I asked why she couldn't just open one and have it be the tester, and she responded "No, we don't do that here, the tester is different than the actual product." This was of course ridiculous, asking me to pay when she dropped something.

I asked if she would ask her manager, who was fine with opening one to be a tester. Was my stylist untrained? When it came to my make-up, I regrettably paid extra for the lashes for a grand total of $90 for make-up only. As the lashes were drying she says, "after this you're done" - I was shocked! She never added liner or mascara to fuse the fake lashes to my own.

When I looked closer the fake lashes weren't even close to my own lashes! It was a half-baked job (at best), something I wouldn't even expect at a salon priced much lower. I ended up asking my friend's make-up stylist to add mascara to my lashes and she responded that everyone learns how to apply lashes differently. As I was sitting, waiting for my friend's hair and make-up to be done, several of the 75ish bobby pins fell out of my hair, and I wasn't even outside in the wind yet.

By this point my stylist was out of site and on with her next client, so she couldn't fix it. In the end, I'm writing such a long review because I truly hope to save somebody else from the mistake it would be to give this salon your money for hair and make-up. Especially for a wedding - your stress is better spent elsewhere.

It's unfortunate that this spa has such negative reviews. I had a great experience! The receptionist was super friendly and Michelle gave an incredible deep tissue massage. The spa is clean and has a very relaxing environment. HIGHLY recommended! Obviously it's a bit pricey, but that's the price you pay for getting an awesome treatment right in downtown Falmouth. You won't be disappointed!

This is clearly not a place that specializes in nail services and I have friends who got massages and loved them. However, I paid over $80 for the worst mani/pedi I have ever experienced. The appointment started 30 minutes late, and the receptionist wasn't apologetic at all when we asked what was going on. The manicurists were very nice but disorganized, the pedicure and manicure water was cold, my cuticles weren't cut and my nails were filed unevenly and were catching on my clothes afterwards. Afterwards, I was standing in the lobby waiting to pay, and the woman at the desk completely ignored me until I specifically asked if I could pay. Not worth the money for a mani/pedi at all.

I booked an appointment two months in advance of my son's wedding for hair and make up. An hour before my appointment I was called and told they could not take me at the time I booked but could squeeze me in later. I explained that my son was being married later and although they apologized still could not see me. Unacceptable!
