Belle Chapel

Where to even begin. Belle Chapel is a special place. The owner, Sharon, is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Due to health circumstances we had to plan and create our wedding day experience in 8 days. She was beyond accommodating, and is well connected so she has everything you could need to turn your day into whatever you imagine it to be.

Without Sharon, her talents, and the amazing venue, I don't know if we could have pulled it off. You can feel the history accompanied by the gorgeous historical architecture in this Chapel. The space upstairs is timeless, the bridal and groomsmen rooms are so unique, the intimate downstairs reception room is set up so wonderfully to create whatever theme or design you want.

There is a full kitchen for catering, a bar area, and easy access to the bathrooms for guests. We got married here in February and were so lucky to have such a gorgeous sunshine day. The sun lighting throughout the chapel was stunning. There is also access to the outdoors, with an exquisite tree and garden. At night time the outside was lit with lights and lanterns that made it feel so whimsical.

One of my favorite parts was being able to carve our names and date of our wedding into the tree! So now we are a part of the chapel's history! I could not recommend Belle Chapel enough. Thank you Sharon for your heart and venue. We had a magical day!

Warning, pictures do not do the beauty of this venue justice! This historical building hosts an energy that cannot be replicated. The architecture and aesthetics that the owner Sharon has cultivated, are a timeless atmosphere for any type of event. We got to appreciate the space in celebrating my sisters' nuptials and the day was truly magical. Although it was a Saturday in mid-February, the sun came out which added beautiful lighting through the chapels windows and allowed the guests to enjoy the courtyard attached to the reception space downstairs. Sharon will work closely with you to customize the space to match the desired accent colors, as many decor options are included with the venue rental.

She also has great recommendations of what works best regarding the floor layout for different sized groups. If you are looking for an intimate experience for your celebration, primarily indoors with an outdoor component, look no further than the Belle Chapel.

Sharon is amazing, she has did a great job with the flowers in the ceremony area and was able to step in to officeniet last minute. Been the best and perfect wedding for me and my husband. Even the weather held out. Sharon made me feel comfortable in any possible way. Belle Chapel is very commidating to any needs to the bride and the groom and everyone else that celebrated with us. It was a special place and venue to celebrate a wedding or any other event.

My husband and I were thrilled to have our wedding here. Sharon went above and beyond all of our expectations. Not only did she set up all the decorations by herself but she "suffered" through all my questions and idea changes. She even helped my Matron of Honor with lacing up my dress and helping both of us put on our jewelry. Even though we were running a half hour late getting started, Sharon kept me from feeling rushed, "It's your day.

We will start when you are ready". She is amazing at what she does and the chapel is positively gorgeous! I would not have been happy going anywhere else to have our wedding.

This historic chapel is so intimate and beautiful. The ceremony space is breathtaking and really sold the place for me! More than the gorgeous space, my husband and I were most impressed with the owner, Sharon. She made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Sharon helped us navigate through the uncertainty of a 2020 Covid wedding with grace. She also acted as our day of coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. I cannot say enough good things about this place! If you are looking into a smaller, more intimate venue that has a ton of heart, this is the place for you.

Sharon is incredible! Sharon went way above and beyond to make our wedding truly an amazing experience. We all had to work with and be flexible during Covid restrictions. Where do I start. So many good things about this venue. Sharon, the owner is incredible. She is so kind, genuine, very easy to work with and very helpful. She honestly went above and beyond our expectations. I had never really been involved in a wedding before so had little to no idea of how they actually worked. I also am not super great at planning events or decorating, and so the fact that she has a lot of the decor included in the (super affordable) price, was life saving.

Our wedding last month turned out absolutely perfectly, and we couldn't have picked a kinder or more caring person to marry us (Sharon is also an officiant). If you're looking for a classic, beautiful, affordable wedding venue (with reception space as well!) I would 100% recommend Belle Chapel. You will not be disappointed!

Got married there 30th Dec. Sharon was the celebrant and owner and is beyond wonderful. Size of church was perfect for our 50 guests. Music was connected via android phone and could t have asked for a better day! A+++

Okay, so my wife and I got married here in the month of June 2018. When I tell you the owner Sharon is an amazing individual, please believe me! She was there to answer any questions we had. She was also our officiant at our wedding and she did an exceptional job. She had all the guest and wedding party in tears! Yes me too! I wanted to show my new mother-n-law my appreciation from traveling sooooo far (from Russia to be exact) and she even wrote a beautiful speech out for me after letting her know all the things I wanted the speech to include.

She touched our hearts and will forever be apart of our union! The chapel itself was amazing as well. Not only can you reserve it for the entire day but Sharon also decorates the chapel with a few things for you on your special day. The reception hall is downstairs and it's great to just walk there and not travel to another location to hold your reception.

If you are entertaining the thought of getting married and you would like for it to be elegant and intimate with a great cozy spot for close family and friends, please check out Belle Chapel. She has an open house every Wednesday and is there faithfully. You will not go wrong with this place!

Cute place! I think the wedding we were at was a little too large for the space, but it was cute regardless. A huge issue we had though was none of the bathrooms worked. I guess they did at the beginning but halfway through the reception they all were broken (I guess one from earlier that was not in the downstairs reception space had already broke, and now the 2 downstairs then broke). We were told at that point we could go tot he Chevron down the street hahaha. Luckily it was not the beginning, and they were trying to fix it, but still a pretty big issue.

First place we looked at, and it was love. Though it has been a few years since we were married there I'm still in awe of the Chapel. It's absolutely gorgeous. Sharon, not only personable will do anything to make your special day, well. special! See for yourself.

We got married at Belle Chapel October 1st, 2016 and I can't say enough how lovely this venue was on our special day. The owner, Sharon, was absolutely wonderful helping us with details leading up to and including the morning of the event. The chapel was absolutely gorgeous and the the reception following in the basement was easy for our guests to attend both ceremony and reception with no additional driving.

The reception area opens via french doors to a courtyard that is a perfect location for children to run about and play. We love the location and what a delight it was to hear from guests how much they loved the venue! I highly recommend the Belle Chapel for any couple looking for a striking wedding venue. Are you eloping? The Belle Chapel can accommodate you as well with the use of the chapel during the week at a reasonable price.

My daughter had her wedding at Belle Chapel on July 31, 2016. It is such a beautiful venue. The chapel where the ceremony took place was charming and lovely. It was so convenient to have the reception right downstairs. The reception area has French doors that opened up to a beautiful courtyard. I think having the option to have half the tables inside and half the table outside just added to the charm.

It was a sunny July day, and people could spend time inside and outside. Sharon is very helpful. She gave us some good advise the night of our wedding rehearsal. She knows what she's doing. I think my daughter had a perfect wedding day, and the venue Belle Chapel just added to the charm and magic. It was a beautiful summer day, but we did not really have any problem with lack or airflow. People loved that they could go outside too.

I had my wedding at Belle Chapel in August 2014. It is such a beautiful venue. The chapel where the ceremony took place was absolutely stunning and the reception right downstairs with French doors that opened up out onto the lawn - magical! Sharon is very helpful and definitely knows what she's doing. Price was very reasonable for the space and parking is no problem at all. Belle chapel will always have a very special place in my heart!

As mentioned in the other review the only complaint was the lack of airflow through the reception area. It was HOT and kept most of the guests outside on the lawn! So if you are getting married in the Summertime plan on utilizing the outdoor space as much as possible!

What a beautiful venue. My sister got married here last night. It was such a lovely space. It was nice being able to walk downstairs and you're at the reception. No driving anywhere. Lots of parking and it was in a quiet area. We were able to use any of the dishes in the kitchen which was wonderful but a bit disappointed that it cost my mom over 300 bucks to use the plates etc Venue was spacious.

You have the option to be inside or out. My personal only complaint was I wish they had bathrooms upstairs where the bridal suit was, it was rather a pain having to run up and down the stairs to use the bathroom, especially since us bridesmaids didn't want anyone seeing our dresses. But other than that I'd had a great time. The owner was a sweetheart, and made my sisters big day perfect!

Wow! Where to begin? I grew up in a small country town in Alabama, and this smaller, intimate wedding chapel brings me back home and makes me think of the small town churches that I grew up in. Don't let this description fool you, the chapel will entertain about 100 or so, possibly more, and will allow you to have both your wedding reception and ceremony in the same location. Sharon is amazing to work with, and she will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs.

She is super attentive, and being the owner of the establishment, she is an excellent resource as to what has worked in the past for other wedding couples. She will do just about anything to help you out to make your day special. This establishment has a commercial style kitchen in the downstairs that will allow your caterer to work in ease, a serving window to the kitchen that we used to serve beverages, plenty of tables free to use with the rental of the chapel, linens, flatware, and glassware available to rent, and the grounds of the chapel are very picturesque!

If your photographer isn't happy with the grounds of the chapel for pictures, then downtown Snohomish is just a quick stroll away! My wife and I used a van to transport the wedding party downtown for pictures along the Snohomish River and downtown! It worked out really well! All-in-all, my wife and I looked at several different venues in the area.

We went, looked, and thought about several other places. However, when we stepped into the Belle Chapel, we thought "this is it"! If you are having a wedding with 100 or so guests, or maybe even a little more (you know not EVERYONE you invite will show up!), you owe it to yourself to check out this gem in downtown Snohomish.
