My Daughter just used Beautiful Moments for her wedding reception at The Villages Polo Club. It was an amazing event. Gloria was absolutely wonderful and everything was done perfectly. She coordinated with the caterers and florist seamlessly and everything came out beautiful. We had not one, not even a little issue or problem with anything! I would definitely highly recommend them. Beautiful Moments Party Rental and Design is a family owned business that has been operating since 1997. First opened in Belleview Fl, we moved to Ocala by the airport and expanded our selection in 2013. We rent a large variety of items including tents, tables, chairs, china, decor, and more. Russ is our Warehouse and Tent Specialist.

With our full day of coordination, we handle the details after you book and line up all of your vendors. We discuss timelines with all of your vendors, are there to help you on rehearsal day, and are on site on the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly for your happily ever after.

We rented Chiavari chairs, white chairs, tables, dance floor, cocktail tables and tents. The dance floor came apart just 2 hours after it was put up, very bad quality, they came and picked it up before the wedding even started. The Chiavari chairs were NOT First quality instead we received dirty, stained ones. We spent over $2000 and we are extremely disappointed with this company.

Very rarely anymore do companies attempt to fix major and minor errors on their part. Beautiful Moments did this and more. There were issues that crept up before and during the set up of the tents/tables etc. Not only did they send people out right away to fix it, but acknowledged that there were issues on their part instead of blame shifting. Some problems were within their control, but most were not. I highly recommend them to anyone as they are true professionals. Jim and Kim Heruth

Great prices. I hace used them twice. First time we were not guven the designated return time. I called and discovered it was a Monday after weekend use before they close at 5. I had to work so I got there 5min to 5. Even called to say I would be close to 5 but could not reach anyone for some reason after 4. They lady was rude when I got there saying they were closed but in actuality they were just leaving early.
I didnt want to argue so I did not bother to explain i was told before closing at 5. I dropped it off and left. Second experience was much smoother. No one was rude. I assume service has improved which I am glad for. Overall I would recommend this place.

We used Beautiful Moments for our CEP Grand Opening and we were amazed by their service. I literally called them one time, told them what I wanted, and they handled EVERYTHING. They had decorations, food, drinks, tables, chairs and it all matched my business colors. So I was able to focus on meeting clients not decorating. People that attended were impressed.
