This is my go-to cake place, they always do a great job. They made a beautiful and delicious 3 tier cake for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it was a hit! So impressed with the taste, decorations and how easy it is to work with them. I highly recommend Barb's!

We had Barb's Cakery do our wedding cake on 10/24/2021, and it was THE BEST CAKE EVER! They made a gluten free red velvet for us, and it looked and tasted perfect! It was everything we hoped for, and it also travelled well for being in a car for 1.5 hours, and traveling all the way up to Yosemite. THANK YOU!

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The cake is exactly what I wanted. It was a hit at the party. Usually I have lots of cake leftover for birthdays but not this cake. Not only did it look amazing but it tasted amazing. The cake was moist and fresh. The chocolate cake was my favorite. 10/10 recommend. Thank you to the team at Barb's.

Good Bakery, they are serious in making cakes and do a good job, very professional people. They make cakes for all occasions and are not very expensive as compared to others in the business. Ask them for deals if you are ordering a lot of cakes. Check it out yourself.

My fiancee and I went to taste cakes for our upcoming wedding. My fiancee claims he does not like cakes, but once he tasted the ones at Barb's he said they were the best cakes he has ever had. So, that just goes to show how delicious the cakes are!

I have used Barb's Cakery for my grandson's Baby Shower Cake and Birthday Cakes. The customer service is Amazing. The cake decorating far exceeded my expectations and the cake flavor and taste is spot on. My grandson loved his Amazon cake. The decorators actually made a mailing label with his name on it. I went to go pick up the cake 10 minutes late. the lady was upset and told me to put the flowers on myself. the design looks like they just smeared it on there and it's only on one side of the cake. I was so embarrassed to have this cake at my baby shower I started contacting anyone that could make me a replacement. I wish they would have just told me that they didn't know how to decorate the cake and I would have chose to do something else. It looks nothing like the Inspiration photo.

AMAZING! I hired them for my wedding, my perfect day and i was no less than absolutely perfect. We did a two layer cake with an assortment of desserts. The cake was beyond moist and full of flavor. The desserts were not only fabulous, but also beautiful. From cheesecakes to lemon bars to chocolate covered strawberries and pineapples, everything was AMAZING! Did I mention they also delivered and setup even though my venue was 30 miles out of town. NO LESS THAN PERFECT.

I am revising my initial review. Initially the cake was a mess. Ordered a square cake designed to look like a Nike shoe box. The Nike symbol was nothing like the Nike logo it literally looked like a kid wrote the words Nike on it and the Nike sign itself was a mess. Took the cake back explained to them how we wanted it fixed it took them an additional two hours, but it was a heck of a lot better than the initial design.

Now I will say the cake itself which was red velvet and cream cheese was the best red velvet cake I have had in my life. They definitely have their baking down. My suggestion is learn fondant design it's not that hard to learn. I was in the cake business in the past. initially it seems intimidating as many bakers are afraid of it but it's worth it heres why.

I would have gladly paid more than double the amount I was charged which was $100. I would have been willing to pay $250 for the cake had it being designed properly. Provide options for customers, learn the skill set because there is a lot of money being lost. Do not be afraid to charge for your art! Consider your time, your creative abilities not just materials!

This is a huge thing that many small business owners do not understand. Value your time. When you provide options for customers you open the door for so much more business and opportunity. I've been in business for a long time and love small business and just want to see your company grow and succeed. Thank you for fixing the cake and like I said man it was the best tasting cake I have ever had!

Beautiful & Delicious! From the moment we tried those cake samples, we knew we wanted to go with Barbs fakery for our wedding. Their white strawberry cake was a big hit for us! I had sent them a photo of what I wanted our cake to look like and they made it look even better. My husband and I make sure to order a small version of our wedding cake every year for our anniversary. Amazing!

We used Barb's Cakery for our wedding this last week. They were so accommodating and wonderful. They were incredibly proactive and triple checked details with us, which we appreciated so much. The cake turned out beautifully and was delicious!

I ordered my son's birthday cake and when I picked it up I was shocked. It looked like a 10 year old decorated it. I talked to 6 decorators about this cake and it still looked horrible. I thought they ran out of frosting since it was nothing like I asked for. I will not be back. It was a175 dollar disaster. This was going to be the last birthday party I could ever give my son I am so sick over this.

We order our cakes for every occasion from Barb's! They taste amazing and they pretty much make any design you ask for. They have great customer service, they're always friendly and helpful. They love what they do and it shows. I feel like i can trust my cake will always be exactly what i ask for. Definitely recommend this place.

My dad ordered a wedding cake here and it was beautiful and tasted amazing. So flavorful with fresh strawberries and delicious icing. Was so reasonably priced so worth it for the small wedding!

Ok. it pains me a little to give only 3 stars BUT I felt like 4 was too many for what happened. The cake completely fell apart before my moms birthday party. The top layer slid off and then the corner completely crumbled. The flavor was also not what an ordered but still tasted good. I would probably not order another cake from here but will be excited if there is one at a party I attend because it's very tasty. I just wouldn't want to risk another cake falling apart.

When she woke up this morning, Mom asked if there was any of her birthday cake left. She said, "That was the best cake I've had in 90 years!" We got Mom's birthday cakes here and also got my daughter's wedding cake here in November, 2017. All were delicious. Love that buttercream frosting. The cakes were very pretty, too. Good thing I ordered more than I needed. Mom's still having a piece every day, two weeks later. Great service and beautiful cakes. I highly recommend Barb's Cakery!

We had our wedding last weekend at Hume Lake in Kings Canyon. We ordered 100 mini cakes for all of the guests and a GF cake for the bridal cake. Everything was beautiful and delicious. Barb's Cakery was able to bake a delicious moist and rich chocolate/vanilla Gluten-free cake for me. All my guest were amazed at the quality and texture of the cake. Typically gluten-free is dry, but Barb's Cakery managed to maintain the richness of the cake. Thank you.

Barb's Cakery made my three-tier wedding cake many moons ago. Each of the three layers had a different kind of cake/filling. Each tier was delicious. Here we are in 2018 and I wanted to get a Barb's cake for my baby shower. I chose pineapple cake with pineapple filling. The cake was so moist and delicious! It was a big hit!

When we were searching for our wedding cake, The people at Barb's made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. From the inception of our entrance, we were greeted with a warm hello. They scheduled us for a tasting with about 6 different tastings. They educated us on what we can do on different cakes such as fondant versus buttercream. We showed the young lady various designs and assured us what they could and couldn't do.

We felt very comfortable with her advice. My husband even changed the design of the entire cake the last week of the wedding. Needless to say, the staff of Barb's was very accommodating. I must say, being a gay couple planning for a wedding, we receive some resistance from certain vendors and that's ok. They just weren't going to get our business/money and most importantly we respect their views.

The day of the wedding, the cake looked and most importantly, tasted amazing! We had the chocolate with fudge filling and the spice with buttercream. Many guests mentioned they never eat the wedding cake, but that our cake was delicious! Everyone, including the grooms, were impressed with the professionalism of their staff and the taste of the cake. Thank you Barb's Cakery for the beautiful cake for our wedding.
