Picked up some high top tables for Friendsgiving, from their warehouse in Santa Ana. The texting for updates was super efficient and helped me since I can't always answer the phone. The staff was super sweet and very helpful loading and unloading my car. I will definitely rent from them again for any party needs.

I recently needed to rent chairs for a small bridal luncheon. The place I usually use did not return calls or texts. In a panic with time running short, I yelped. On Call had a text number. I believe I messaged after hours. An angel named Trisha responded right away. She said their satellite location near me was closed but offered to deliver and pickup my small order free of charge. She was a dream to work with. I'll never use any other company for rental. I highly recommend On Call and Trisha. Above and beyond service!

We used On Call Event Rentals for our recent micro-wedding and I can't recommend them enough! Trisha provides amazing customer service and the prices seemed on-par/better than other companies. I think I made adjustments to my order at least 4 times. Each time, Trisha was super friendly and patient. Then, when I realized that I chose the wrong sized tables the day the order was delivered, Trisha figured out how to squeeze in a second delivery to swap them out with the right ones.

She wasn't like, "well, that's your mistake, " she actually cared about making sure we had what we needed for our event. Also, her delivery people (led by Gerardo) carried heavy posts up to my sister's roof deck so that we could have string lights. The bottom line is if you are looking for a wedding vendor who will work with you and not cause you unnecessary stress, this is it. Our wedding dinner was so special and it looked amazing in large part to On Call Event Rentals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an event rental company.

Wonderful experience! I made all my arrangements by phone a week before my event. They arranged to have tables, chairs and tablecloths delivered to my house - which was a relief to not have to worry about. They also kept in contact regard the drop off and pickup times before coming to the house. Everything looked beautiful! I would definitely highly recommend on-call rental events!

On Call events met all my expectations. They were the best priced for what I was looking for. Were very accommodating and delivered and picked up just as they stated. The ease of setting up to pick up the chairs for my daughters birthday party was phenomenal. I made the reservation online, they texted where I go to pick up the chairs, I arrived and they loaded up for me, then when it came time to drop off, they also helped unload. There was no "minimum order" or anything, I was able to just get the number of chairs I wanted at $1.25 a chair and voila, there they were lol, I don't know why I expected it to be tougher than it was.but it was amazing!

Held an engagement party this past weekend and needed to rent tables and chairs. We have gone to pick up at rental places in the past. On Call not only delivered and picked up when they said they would, I received text messages giving me specifics. The communication was really great. Also, the tables and chairs were much better quality and in much better condition than places we rented from in the past. I highly recommend On Call Rentals!

This company is wonderful. It was easy to place my order. They delivered the tables and chairs (and table cloths) for my daughter's baby shower. They were prompt and friendly. Their tables and chairs are in excellent shape. I will use them again when I need more rentals.

I used OnCall for my wedding and they did not disappoint. The tables and chairs were in great shape and the linens were exactly as pictured. My items arrived exactly when they said they would and the delivery gentleman maintained good contact right up to the delivery and pick up.

I got quotes and talked to a few different rental companies but On Call took the time to walk me through the process and help me decide on what we wanted and needed. I should of posted this a long time ago as my event was 6/14/2019 and it is now July 2nd, smdh! Anyways this review is based on customer service and friendliness of the staff! I called in a few days before my event, I need 2 BBQ Grills and was "Desperate" beyond life itself! I was helped and got the 2 I needed at such short notice. What I enjoyed about them was I didn't have to return it next day!

They GIVE YOU 2 Days to return the items. It was actually 3 days for me, as my event was on Friday and I could return Monday! LORD knows i needed that extra time! Anyhow, upon returning the items, it was fast and easy! They make the payment easy as can be! All you do is enter your payment info, and they tell you ahead of time when they will charge your card.

I even asked if they could debit it because I hate credit lol. The girls were super friendly and so was the staff that had taken back the items from us! I can go on and on about this company, but I will tell you this much, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED in them! They will help you if you can! I wish I had pictures of my family bbq-ing our event! Until next time, I will be using them again!

Fantastic rental company my company has been using for years. The last event we just held I had several changes that they accommodated with no problems. The delivery/pickup staff is on time and efficient. I would highly recommend for any event.

The delivery and pick up process was very easy and convenient. I greatly appreciated the text communication. When your already busy coordinating the details of a party it's nice to have one less thing to worry about. This was my 2nd time using On Call and my 1st time with delivery service, but I will definitely be using On Call again soon. The whole team is so friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

Everything was great! The communication was perfect. One thing I noticed was the quality of the products. The quality was excellent. Linens were crisp and clean and felt so high quality. The chairs were clean and in great condition! The tables were great. We rented dishes and silverware and the dishes were beautiful and were as good as new! The silverware was sparkling clean! This review is soooo overdue! I used this company back in January for my Grandmothers 90th Birthday party I hosted in my home. I ordered chairs, linens, china, silverware and glassware. Every single item was in perfect condition! The delivery and pick up was perfectly on time and the staff was helpful and respectful of my home, making sure to not bang walls or furniture.

Every linen was perfectly pressed and every dish and glass looked new. I even forgot a crucial item and I called and they had it ready for me to pick up within the hour! I can not stress enough how wonderful On Call Events was, and their price was better than anyone else's as well! Use them for your event! You won't be sorry! Really happy I gave these guys a try. Such an affordable & convenient process. Only needed to rent a table, 15 chairs & linens. Pricing was competitive & was able to pick up from their Laguna Niguel location. It's also really nice to be able to pick up ur order on a Friday so u have ample time to set up without being charged more for having it extra days. Will definitely use them again

They got everything there currently and also what I added last minute, on top of that, they gave me extra table covers, which I forget we needed them, on the delivery day. Very professional. I had backyard wedding and hired On Call Event Rentals to get me tables and chairs as well as bread baskets and ice tubes. I did appreciate, that delivery was on day before event ( Friday) and pick up on Monday, so it gave us time to set up and make sure everything was where it belongs. I had service with delivery and set up, I receive the information day before about time window the team will arrive, but then almost 2 hours before schedule I receive info that team is on the way!

Pick up was also before scheduled times, but short of that everything was great, tables and chairs were good quality and set up was quick and easy. I am not planning on another big event but if I was to give recommendation to someone else- take On Call Event Rentals- good price and service, just make sure to be there before they arrive;-)

I got multiple quotes for my husbands 30th birthday party where I needed chairs and tables. This company was by far the most responsive and organized. While they were a little bit more expensive than a couple other companies, (by a very minimal amount) their professionalism made me decide to go with them. I was not disappointed! They did a fantastic job delivering the items on time and picking them up on time. Would highly recommend.

What a great company, we are in Dallas and needed someone local to help with a tent, seating and Audiovisual. On Call was easy to work with, most if not all was done online and they were available at any time for questions. Their build crew was awesome and really helped with our set up. Would defiantly use them again when in So Cal

Using On Call Rentals was a great experience. They had good communication with me every step of the way, texting and calling to confirm all of the details regarding my delivery. When I called with a question about my beverage dispensers, they were very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend them!

This rental company is really easy to deal with Marcello made it happen so easily. I always rent a red carpet for our annual open house at Green Thumb Nursery when Santa Claus visits. Easy pick up and return reasonable price will definitely use On Call again, way to go Marcello. Love companies who keep in touch by text for me makes life easy.

These guys have exceeded my expectations. throwing a party in Orange County from Temecula is not easy! My tables, chairs, glasses, galvanized drink buckets and the cutest little kids table and chairs were all delivered as promised and early! Rented linens for my wedding from On Call and had such a positive experience. The On team were super helpful, responsive, patient, and flexible with my inquiries and order adjustment. The linens were high quality and beautiful in color and nicelu pressed. They also have two locations which was helpful; pick up and drop off very easy. On Call is super professional and friendly. I needed chairs and tables for a couple's wedding shower. Everything arrived the day before the event and I was able to arrange and rearrange according to space and seating needs. The prices were very reasonable and they had everything I needed. The chairs and the tables were in good shape as well. I will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

On call events has a new location in Laguna Hills on Forbes and it is the perfect place-and extremely reasonable pricing- that gives you the tools to throw an amazing event. Maurcelo was there at pick up and drop off and was helpful and efficient- with texts reminding you of the time they will be at the location (10-2pm). When you go on the website and build your quote for the items you want-and has a large selection(with beautiful wine barrels as cocktail tables!), you get a call from a very friendly gal going over your quote and adding suggestions (like the appropriate length of table clothes) that truly gave our even a polished look! I'm so glad I found them and it makes me want to start planning my next event!

We all know how stressful ANY event can be. Between choosing a location, picking the food, all the last mintue decorations, and let's not forget creating the perfect atmosphere-on a budget of course! Luckily, I was fortunate to plan my charming baby shower with Linda from OnCall Events. I can't sing their praises enough! Not only did Linda go above and beyond working with my budget and still executing on desired aesthetic but she turned every possible bump in the road into a easy solution.

Even with her hectic holiday schedule she managed to make time for my ridiculous questions-which add up when you're 7 months pregnant. Let me not forget to shout out James and Travis the on-site managers who handled any last minute glitches with nothing short of professionalism and down to earth kindess. Did I already mention they delivered world class service all on MY budget?! OnCall events certainly surpasses the competition from the San Gabriel Valley to the OC-and believe me I did the research. They are flexible with pick up and drop off days (of course during their business hours).
