We have trusted Nick and staff to professionally deliver for our family special occasions.communions, graduations, and most recently retirement party. They've gone above and beyond in customizing to our needs. We appreciate the one-stop shop model - tents, tables, chairs, linens, excellent menu and courteous staff. Nick enjoyed the party as much as we did as he was prepared with Railroad and Train props; husband retired from the LIRR. Can't say enough when your guests are talking about the party weeks later.

There are not enough words to express the value and integrity of this company! Nick and his crew did an exemplary outstanding fabulous five-star wedding for my daughter Jordan and her new husband Donald. Nick provided everything; tent wedding, lighting, bartenders, servers, tables chairs food. Etc. from day one at our initial meeting I knew he was the man for the job.
What could have been an extremely stressful Time ended up being easy and worry free. On the day of the wedding I entered the tent and saw MAGIC! It literally brought tears to my eyes that he had provided such a BEAUTIFUL setting for my girl's special day. the food was literally the best I have ever had at a wedding (including my own 29 years ago).
The encouragement and patience of nick and his staff was amazing. Thank you nick and staff for all your hard work and diligence. You are true professionals and Nick, you are a MASTER of YOUR TRADE!

Nick is Legendary. he made our wedding happen. No task was too big for him to handle and he did it with a smile on his face. He made the most beautiful tanned with a cloud ceiling. I was a little nervous because I didn't get to taste his food prior to the wedding but it was better than I could've ever imagined. The calamari was so fresh I had never had anything like that. I was truly blown away. He went above and beyond and more than exceeded my expectations. I could not recommend him enough!

Nick was absolutely amazing to work with (so my mother says)! He was detailed and easy to work with and I think the photos speak for themselves! They provided EVERYTHING! Linens, silverware, glassware, placemats, tent, waitstaff etc. They arrived a few days early to set up the tent and then first thing in the morning on the day-of to setup the buffet. He and his servers also came up to me throughout the day to remind me to eat and make sure that I loved everything.

Nick is amazing! He has now catered 3 outdoor parties for us (2 graduation parties and a baby shower). He is amazing to work with, very professional, and really puts his clients first. The food is absolutely amazing. Hiring him was the best decision we made! We were able to enjoy the party without having all the responsibilities of playing the host the entire time. I would strongly recommend him for any catering/party. He truly is a pleasure to hire, work with and of course the food is out of this world.
