My Mom wanted to throw a luncheon to celebrate my MBA graduation but it fell during a very busy time in my life which is why the day before it occurred to. I want to take a few minutes to express my appreciation for your professional and dependable service you provide to Aldersgate Children's Center each year.
The sooner the better. We don't have a specific time frame and we will try our best to expedite those last minute orders. We do offer delivery service 24hrs a day 7 days a week for a fee. The fee is determined by the city, rental equipment, and any specifics needed to complete the delivery. Holiday and after hours are all considered overtime.

Wonderful customer service! On the phone, at delivery, at pickup time. We were in a pinch just a few days before our event, and AAPR said don't worry, we'll take good care of you'. They provided tables, chairs, and patio heaters that worked great. A special shout-out to Damien, he and his crew were awesome. We highly recommend All American Party Rentals, they are a class act.

I called this company before reading the reviews. See the review on Dec 10, 2009. That guy is spot on. I called the woman, and told her we had a simple request. I just needed 20 chairs and 6 eight foot tables. She said oh yeah we have that. She asked when our event was and I said it start at wednesday at 8 am. Suddenly she said "oh no, sorry we cannot help you" When I asked what the problem was, she just said "we just cannot possibly help you" then hung up on me.
In an economy like this, customer service needs to be stellar for a company to survive. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS CLOWNS! WITH SEVERAL COMPETING COMPANIES IN THE AREA, THERE IS NO REASON TO MESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PASS ON THIS ONE!
