Adventure Limousine

We used Adventure Limousine for a night out back in November of this year. At the start of the night the driver had reached out to me letting me know his number and was at our house 10 mins early. During the night the chauffeur went above and beyond was always waiting right at the door when we left different places in Boston. We had requested a certain bottle of wine to be in the car instead of the champagne and the office had not problem making sure it was taking care of.

At the end of the night we had 4 different drops offs so I just texted the driver the address in the beginning of the night so he could get a route that made the most sense since it was in different towns. We will definitely will be using them again.

This company is under new ownership. We have used Adventure limo for over ten years and will now never use them again. We recently booked them for round trip service to Logan airport. Inward bound trip was fine, however they never bothered to show up for return trip home. Nor did they bother to message, e-mail, text or call us so we spent at least a half hour searching all around the airport parking area for them.

We called repeatedly. No answer. Finally, Ryan picked up his phone and told us he would be at least another 40 minutes. We took a cab (which was actually cheaper). They proved to be irresponsible, unreliable and unprofessional. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

We used this company twice in the past, to Logan airport. Good service both times. The third time was NOT the charm. Requested a pickup at our house for 4:45. In the past the driver was early. This time, at 4:50 I called their office; they had no idea where our driver was. They called back to tell us he had been in a crash. Lucky for us, they reached an off-duty driver who arrived at 5:25 and gave us a very quick trip to Logan. Kudos to him.

Not so much to the other driver who apparently couldn't or wouldn't call either us or his dispatcher. At the time, the dispatcher was apologetic and pledged to credit us, since the service we wanted was not really provided. On our return I found NO credit on our card and called. The guy pledged to process the credit that day. Six days later, no credit, no one answering their phone, and their voicemail is full. Either they are out of business, or probably should be.

1. called to make a reservation for a limo, guy said he'd call back in 20-30 mins. never called back. 2.next day called back and told him he never called back, just said give me the info, didn't apologize or anything. don't do business with this kind of place!

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. 0 stars for 0 service and screwing up the start to my vacation. Reserved online for a roundtrip town car to Logan a few days before my trip and received a confirmation email. Gave them a call 5 min after my scheduled pick up time as no one had showed up. Turns out that despite the confirmation email, the reservation was not in the system.

No apology, no offer to try to make it better. They just told me no one was showing up and I was on my own. Rush hour and trying to get a cab in the Boston suburbs was impossible. Ended up driving myself and eating the cost of two weeks of parking at Logan. I'll never book with this outfit again. Suggest you don't either but if you do, avoid the online booking and call instead.

I sued Adventure Limo twice while visiting Boston. Both times the ride was quick and amazing. I had good conversations with the drivers, and managed to learn a thing or two about Boston as well while we drove past interesting landmarks. What I thought was really above and beyond the call of duty was when I left my cell phone in the car. My driver was kind enough to return it nearly immediately after I called to report the error. This company has great service with great people, and it gets you there quickly.
