I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect and excellent customer service! I was extremely nervous about my bridal appointment since this was not the first place I visited for my wedding dress. Another bridal shop I went to before visiting The Bridal World did not have the best selection and the service I received was horrible, but as soon as I walked into Bridal World I could tell this place was going to be different and the experience was truly like a night and day difference.

I had my appointment with Lucy and she is by far one of the most amazing people I have ever met. She makes you feel so amazing and so confident and really knows how to pick the type of dress that you are looking for. You tell her your vision and she will make sure she makes it happen. She has so much passion and knowledge and really gives you that one on one attention every bride is looking for especially when they are making the most important decision for their wedding day.

I am so happy I came here and would recommend everyone to come here for your wedding dress! I ended up finding the wedding dress of my dreams and it is all thanks to Lucy and The Bridal World!

I had such a wonderful experience at the bridal world! It was a very intimate setting with one bridal appointment at a time, which I loved! Such a cute store and lots of unique dress options. Ali was amazing! She was patient, took dozens of pictures of the dresses I loved, FaceTimed my friends that couldn't be there in person, and never limited me in what I wanted to try on. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Bridal world. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and taken care of. I worked with Lucy who listened to all of my likes and dislikes and found a ton of dresses based on those preferences. I ended up choosing the very first dress I put on. I would highly recommend this shop! All of the other brides there were also just as happy and excited as I was and wouldn't constantly tell me I was in good hands.

Wow! I walked into the Bridal World feeling completely defeated by a not so great appointment at a different store. Within seconds, Ali made me feel comfortable and beautiful and turned my whole day around! Ali had taken a look at the profile I created online and had a sense of what I was looking for without even having to explain. She was able to pull so many dresses that fit my budget and were along the lines of what I had envisioned. Ali was patient, caring, and so helpful.

It was so great to be able to look at the dresses she had in store, rather than shop blindly with a consultant pulling options. It felt so special to be the only client in the space for my appointment. Ali helped me find my dream dress and I cannot recommend her and this wonderful store enough!

Can I give more than 5 stars!? I truly had the BEST experience here! From the minute I walked in the door I felt so cared for. This was the first shop I went to where I felt the attendant (Lucy, she was incredible!) actually made the experience stress free and I felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. Lucy was happy to let me try everything and anything, helped me put my vision into reality, AND they worked completely within my budget!

Other places I went, I felt like I was just another customer - this was the first place I felt like a bride! You can tell how much they love what they do, and make each person feel so special. If you're a bride that's anxious about dress shopping being a stressful experience, GO TO THIS SHOP! Even if you don't end up finding your dream dress (which I did!), it will still be a wonderful experience!

My family and I had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress at The Bridal World. I cannot recommend this place enough! Tami was so accommodating by opening up the store early for us and helping me find my perfect dress. She was exceptional to work with and so attentive to my needs. Let me start off by saying I can't say anything besides how AMAZING bridal world is. the place is gorgeous, the dresses are beyond gorgeous and all the girls that work there are the sweetest. I worked with Tami. Bridal world was the first place I went to go look at dresses for my wedding and I'm so happy I did. I saw a dress on their Instagram that I was in love with and I was even more impressed in person. Tami was so professional, picked out the perfect dresses for me, even ones I didn't think I would like on me, I loved.

She was so sweet and made the whole process amazing. When I finally narrowed it down to 2 dresses, I tried them on and she told me not to look into the mirror, had me close my eyes and picture my wedding day, finally when I opened my eyes I was in tears! I knew that dress was for me. If you're looking for a place to go shopping for your wedding bridal world is the place! You won't be disappointed

I went to Bridal World as my second location and can I tell you, the service is absolutely unbeatable. I was concerned they did not have a large selection of dresses, but my consultant Lucy hit my vision spot on. They definitely made this experience more than just a business transaction. My consultant was patient, amazing, and great at her job. I did not feel rushed at any moment. Thank you Bridal World for an unforgettable experience!

I had the BEST experience here with my bridal consultant, Ali. She was super patient, honest, extremely down to earth and most importantly, she listened to me and made me feel so comfortable. The store owner was also extremely helpful and super sweet! I could not have asked for a more supportive and welcoming team. It made saying "Yes to the dress" at The Bridal World that much sweeter. I would 10/10 recommend this shop to all future brides!

I wish I could say I had a great experience here but unfortunately that was not the case. I ordered my dress and specifically asked if they could make sure they ordered one as close to my size as possible so I didn't have tons of alterations. When my dress arrived it was HUGE on me. Enough that they were able to clip the whole back like it was a sample size.

I called and asked them to help me and they said there was absolutely nothing they can do except make alterations. I expressed concerns that the more alterations the more expensive it would be. The owner Tammy said no matter how little or how many alterations it's a FIXED PRICE of $450. I agreed and felt better. I asked if I could get alterations earlier than 2 months before because of my concerns(my dress is very intricate) and Tammy is so rude she laughed in my face and said that my wedding wasn't for months and I didn't need them. Luckily the seamstress was very nice and said she would do it earlier for me.

When time came around for alterations, she charged me $500. When I reminded her about our previous conversation (which I had 3 witnesses to) she denied ever saying that to me and again said there was nothing she could do. She was so rude to me throughout my entire experience. She really ruined the experience of dress shopping. I should have been excited but instead I would dread going to her shop.

Every single time I went in, Tammy was on the phone with another bride telling them "sorry there's nothing I can do" so there must be other girls complaining too. An experience that was ruined for me and I'll never get back. Think twice before coming here.the owner is so rude and only cares about money. She doesn't care about her brides.

First of all, amazing staff! I went to The Bridal World as my final stop after shopping around and i thought it was going to be another fail because i couldn't find that perfect dress i always imagined myself in. As soon as i walked in the store and picked a few dresses, i could already tell i found the dress i was looking for! It was right there in front of me.

I chose it to be the last one i tried one and i fell completely in love with it. In my mind i said yes to the dress right away! Thank you for an amazing and smooth dress shopping experience. It was tailored perfectly to my liking and i got to save every part of my dress. I am so in love with my dress!

I came in with a friend who was wedding dress shopping and I am writing this review on her behalf. The bride to be loved this place and actually purchased her dress from here! She fell in love with the dress options and how genuine the staff was. Our booked appointment went smoothly with Allie assisting us. Allie offered water, comfortable seating, and multiple dress/veil options.

It was nice to have someone accommodating helping the bride to be. What we loved most about this place was that Allie and the staff made us feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. I highly recommend this bridal boutique to anyone shopping for a wedding dress, veil, or accessories as well. They have plenty of options. Along with their available inventory they provide you with possible options to alter the dress to your preferences and tailoring as well.

The group I was with was pleased to have any questions we asked answered with a smile. It was nice to have someone who truly took the time to make this experience as smooth and delightful as possible.

This was my very first bridal shopping experience and I'm so glad I came to Bridal World. I had the best experience because of Tami. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the dresses. She was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable. They had such a great selection so I would definitely recommend them to all brides out there!

After visiting few dress places and tons of dresses liked on Pinterest, I was determined to find my dress this week. My friend told me about Bridal World in Freeport and I had the best experience ever! The store was beautiful, music was great, dresses displayed were all unique styles I havent seen and the overall vibe was amazing! The lovely owner, Tami, helped me explore all the styles i wanted to try on while adding fun cap sleeves and different veil styles along with it.

I eyed a dress in the window from the parking lot and fell in love, but had a hesitation because I had a final dress appt that had great variety and reviews. Next day, i went to that final dress store in hopes i would find something that would amount to the one i tried on at bridal world. The experience was ehhhh and i hated every style my dress consultant picked out.

The dresses were dirty and the drive from Long Island was dreadful. After trying on 6 dresses, i was honest in telling the lady helping me that i found my dress already and had to leave. I called Tami on the way to bridal world and she waited 2 hours for me! She had the dress ready and even had a little gift for me! I later saw a picture of her and her husband on her wedding day along with other generations in her family. Knowing that i had supported a family business, especially during this time, further made me feel like i truly did make the right decision!

I overwhelmed with excitement that I finally found my dress and sooo relieved I dont have to try on more and more mediocre dresses. Thank you so so so much Tami! Go to Bridal World! You will not be disappointed!

Tami goes above and beyond! The dress selection is superb and the service is top notch. We didn't feel any pressure and Tami was sweet, honest, and flexible. I highly recommend this place if you're wanting to say yes to your dress. Thanks, Tami! You're the best!

Where do I even begin with this place? First off, for all my brides to be, PLEASE check this store out! I made an appt here this past Sunday and I walked out the store with my wedding dress! Yes ladies, I said yes to the dress that quickly. It was my first time even browsing for dresses and this was the first place I started. The ladies that work here are absolutely wonderful.

You are warmly greeted! They have tons of dresses to choose from, amazing designers and a lot of "one of a kind pieces", I was able to say yes to a one of a kind dress. Before even trying it on, I knew it was for me and so did the ladies at the store. I tried on a few other dresses and they were all so gorgeous! They made my experience so smooth, fun, stress free!

I got my wedding dress and accessories all in one shot. I am telling you ladies, wedding planning is not the easiest but you can make your dress shopping stress free by coming here. I can assure you that you will leave here feeling confident and content with the dress you pick. 10/10 service 10/10 dress selections There is also a parking lot. Another bonus.

Make your appointments ahead of time. Also, they always ask your budget and work with you. I was able to stay within my budget and that's so comforting! P.S. After my wedding I will post pics of my actual dress.

My fiance got her two (yes, two) wedding dresses from The Bridal World. One is for the ceremony through the first dance, and the second is for dancing the rest of the night at the reception. I have not seen the dresses yet since we are not getting married until February, but she keeps raving about her amazing experience. She said that Ronnie and Paulette were amazing and helped her find not one, but two dresses that are both perfect for her. I can't wait to see them!

I went to bridal world to have a bridesmaid dress altered. I didn't purchase the dress here but it was a local establishment. Well, let me tell you, if you are a plus sized girl, this is NOT the place for you. From the moment I walked in, the owner was cold. It was clear she did not want to deal with some fat girl. I had to get the dress taken in about 3 sizes because I purchased it a little too big (thought bridal sizing) and lost a little weight. Well, when I tried the dress on and she realized it was a little big, she was LESS obnoxious.

The rest of the staff was LOVELY. My friend who is slim, had a different experience where she was treated like a human by the owner. Anyway, I am SO glad I went to the Curvy Bride in NJ for my own wedding dress. If I would have gone to this place for my own, I don't think I would have even worn a wedding dress. I will not be back here.

The bridal world is great. I bought my wedding dress and two veils from here and they are so friendly and helpful and do a great job with the alterations. My dress was absolutely stunning. Everyone thought it was an $8,000 dress and the price was no where near that. Prices are so reasonable, dresses are so gorgeous and amazing quality. So many different options and styles to choose from. You will definitely walk out of here with a dress. Might as well save yourself the time and hassle of going the other dress shops and just come here first.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered my dress in January of 2017 and was told it would be in for me to pick up in June. I called in June and then was told that they postponed the order because my wedding was further out (March 2018) and denied ever telling me June. I was then told it would be in early July. I called again still not dress.

I waited another two months and called in September, still nothing but this time they gave me a date of October 13th. I called October 13th and the woman told me "oh no one called you? We got your dress in a few days ago" So now October, 10 months since ordering the dress, I go in to try it on. The dress is too small. When ordering the dress the owner advised me to order a size down (I was in between sizes) because of the way the dress fits.

I thought this was a bad move but what do I know? I trusted the owner. Now I was four and a half months way from my wedding with no dress. It was a brides worst nightmare. When the dress did not fit the owner denied ever telling me to order that size and basically told me I gained weight and thats why it did not fit, when in reality I actually lost weight due to my wedding diet and working out.

This was extremely rude. You never ever tell a customer they gained weight. Not owning up for their own mistake I am leaving the store without the dress and they have the nerve to ask me to pay the remainder since I had only paid a deposit. Of course I refused. They told me I would not be refunded the deposit even though they messed up big time which they still denied. Thankfully there are multiple attorneys in my family and after a few days and it coming to the point of threatening legal action I got my refund.

They also gave the refund on the condition I wouldn't write this review. But there was no non-disclosure agreement or any thing legally binding me to stay quiet. I needed to write this to inform other brides. No bride should ever feel the way I felt due to how I was treated by these women. Whenever I see people asking about this shop in any bridal groups on facebook I make sure to tell them my story. I also know many other girls with similar experiences. I am not sure how this place has positive reviews.

I had a very difficult time shopping for my dream wedding dress and visited 11 boutiques/stores, some several times. The Bridal World was THE BEST one. Not only was I warmly welcomed as a walk-in, but the dresses I tried on were beautiful. As far as price ranges go, I wanted to keep it low, and Ronnie pulled several beautiful selections that were great options for me.

At other salons I felt pressure to buy, customer service was poor (and I am pretty easy to please with that) and some attendants either told me I was being too specific or tried to get me out of my price range. At The Bridal World I felt very relaxed and like I was being treated like a person rather than a sale. I felt like Ronnie actually cared that I got the right dress for me. This place was recommended by a friend and I'd definitely recommend it as well!

What an amazing experience for a plus size bride! I brought my dress in to the shop two sizes to small and stressed after having a baby! Hannah worked her magic and added a corset back! She even added extra bling at my request! Great prompt and reliable service! If you're looking for a dress or alterations check Bridal World out!

Today was the 1st day of wedding dress shopping for my daughter. When I called a few weeks ago to see if they had the dress she wanted to try on I knew this was the place I wanted her to try on dresses. Stephanie answered all my questions over the phone and then some. My daughter lives in P.A. so I booked the appointment last minute for today. From the second we walked through the door Stephanie and Ronnie were amazing.

They made my daughter feel so comfortable and enjoy this experience to the fullest. Their prices were much better than the store we went to first. 500.00 less on the dress she loves. That's huge. They know exactly what my daughter likes and is going to call us as new styles come in and we will call if we see something anywhere bc they can get it for us. An absolute wonderful experience.
