Ben and Chris at A&J party rentals are the best! We used their tables, chairs, linens and glassware for our wedding and they were nothing but wonderful. True professionals. I had several changes to my order over the planning process and they were kind and friendly every time I called them to make changes. They were on time, communicative and a joy to work with. I highly recommend them!

This is probably the cheapest rental facility I have ever seen Unless you wanna sit on Samsung night metal chairs with scratches and stains all over it they are other companies in Chico with much better inventory

Small business with friendly staff that were quick to help. I rented 250 folding chairs and the employees assisted in the loading process and talked about the business. Would recommend for events of any size for round table, folding chair, or balloon rentals.

I requested four balloon bouquets in various sizes for my daughter's sweet 16. Rose gold and pearl white. They were absolutely perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Thank you to the awesome guys at A& J Party center! You guys made our day, filling up our Peppa Pig balloon and a few extra ones too! My grandson was over the moon when he saw his balloon for his 2nd Birthday party! Yay! You guys rock!

These guys are the most professional balloon filler uppers I've met! Need a car full of ppl balloons? Give em ten minutes! Would definitely recommend!

What can I say? These guys are awesome, up front about what they can or cannot do, availability and are so professional and easy to work with. Oh, and were very patient with me and my million questions!

Very friendly and helpful. I bought 2 latex balloons and had them blow up 12 of my own mylar balloons for my son's birthday party. They did it all in record time and didn't charge me until the end just in case 1 of them ended up popping, they wouldn't charge me for it. They even had a transformers balloon which was very hard to find.

Such an easy and hassle free rental company. Have rented from them on a few occasions for holidays and what not. Easy pick up and drop off.

Called to order some supplies and the staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone. When I arrived, everything was ready and staff loaded my vehicle. These guys make getting rentals a quick and easy experience!

Had pre ordered tables, chairs & two chaffing pans a few months prior to my sons graduation. The girl on staff was very pleasant & professional over the phone. Prices and value seem fair for this area. Day came which was a Friday ( day after graduation) for us to pick up. Unfortunate that some of our chairs where not up to par, I called and explained to the manager Tim, who was very understanding, apologetic and said he would take care of it! Chaffing pans where nice and the rod iron frame very pretty. Looked beautiful on our table.

All product was due back on that Monday. With that little glitch involved with our chair situation, we went to returned it all & were met by another male staff member who wasn't to happy with the adjustment that was made. He was unprofessional in the way he spoke and questioned our situation. It was very rude! I would have given 5 stars- if not for this staff member & his behavior as well as we had NO HELP in unloading all of the tables, chairs and chaffing pans. FYI- they will deliver locally, it is a $60 fee. So, I'm assuming if you go to pick up they will not help load or unload your rental items.

I needed a product fast as I was in a hurry and they delivered the speed. It was a quick and easy transaction and each time I go there they are offer friendly and timely service. Hope it stays that way!
