Amazing customer service! Had an event coming up the same upcoming weekend, and they got to helping me with no hesitation. Responds fast and super nice people.

Tried to Vist on Saturday an traveled to the location thinking they were open to find out they are closed. sad Face.

Went here to get my wedding dress in June of 2020 (mid pandemic) and can finally post my dress as I got married last month. Heart's Desire did a great job during the pandemic of making me feel safe while trying on dresses. They also had a great selection for great prices. I fit well into the sample dresses and stayed under $1k! I loved this one and everyone at my wedding told me how much they loved the dress!

I had found a dress on Pinterest that I liked, and my mom had called around to NUMEROUS bridal shops to see if they had it. She called A Heart's Desire and spoke to Ashley. Ashley was able to order this dress for us to come try on. My mom and I made the trip to A Heart's Desire this past Saturday to try on the dress. The shop is absolutely beautiful, and Ashley is a lovely, stunning soul.

She was so bubbly and informative. It felt like I was dress shopping with one of my best girlfriends. I tried on three dresses, and I ended up picking a different dress than the one that we had ordered. This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this bridal shop. Had an awesome experience and found my dress. Not only that but I got it for a great price and was able to take it home that day Liz was also so amazing and helpful!

I used them to buy my wedding dress and it was a pretty good experience. I took my good friend there to get her wedding dress and we didn't have a great experience. Enough so, unfortunately, that both of us said we wouldn't refer anyone there.

The worst experience in Tuxedo rental I've ever experienced, there pushing a high end product with low end results. Tuxedos are coming out of Visalia I believe, tattered, stained and and sized incorrectly. They should be ashamed, the shop has no onsite tuxedo's, shirts or pants to try on for proper fit. The in store models are new and not reflective of the product furnished. Embarrassed at my daughters wedding for such a low end product.

Pros: the people are super nice when you are trying on dresses (at both locations) (you rock mikayla! ). The dresses were beautiful and prices were manageable! A little more than I wanted it pay but the quality is sooo much better than big chain stores! I do love my dress but if you have any type of short timeline, I recommend shopping elsewhere! Cons: the person who called me about shipping my dress told me I definitely didn't need a rush on shipping. she told me it would ship on on a specific date.

Once that date came, no dress. Then it was well past that date and no dress! Also no shipping info or tracking information that they could tell me! Super frustrating. I had to be the one to continuously call and follow up. definitely made a stressful time even more stressful! All in all, love my dress but the experience to get it was less than enjoyable.

Loved this bridal store. My consultant, Mikayla was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful & patient! She made me and my bridal party feel so special! She was a joy to work with and she knew her stuff. I'd recommend her to anyone!

They rush you while you try dresses on. When you go in to pick out your dress you'd expect to have more time then 30 minutes. Not to mention the money you're about to spend. They never called me to tell me my veil had come in. I had to call them two or three months later. They ordered the wrong veil which they exchanged no problem but they didn't have the one they were supposed to order In the first place.

When I went in to exchange the veil. The workers were upstairs so I nicely said hello twice before someone came down the the girl greeted me with "what's up" hmmm how about can I help you? I asked them if they could rush the correct veil so it could be here in time for my wedding and they just said no. They didn't even try. Very poor customer service. Not friendly or helpful. They just want your money and for you to get out. They don't make the brides experience the way it should be.

We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in the door, the customer service and friendliness of everyone working was above and beyond. Mikayla was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and I didn't feel rushed at all. I got to try on a ton of dresses and I found my dream dress! I am so happy that I randomly made an appointment 2 days before and they were able to take me! Thank you so much "A Hearts Desires"!

I loved my whole experience with A Heart's Desire! They were so so helpful from start to beginning. The owner Imelda is kind and accommodating and we really appreciated her staff through the whole process. They had a great selection and always made me feel comfortable. I LOVE my dress and absolutely can't wait to wear it!

I just wished they were more helpful with the Alterations, since at the beggining when I bought my wedding gown, they said we will schedule fittings and alterations 8weeks before event. When I tried to schedule they only gave me the number to call myself and schedule I did as told. Neither one of those numbers they gave me returned my call. I had to find someone to do my alterations elsewhere.

I went to there Santa Maria location and I had the best experience. My consultant was Ashely she is soo amazing she helped me find my perfect wedding dress. It was the first store i went with my family and i must say i did not expect to find my dress right away but i did Say YES to my dress couldn't be anymore happy. It took exactly a month from my dress to arrive, i got it quicker than expected which was awesome. I am so excited cant wait for June and show off my beautiful dress. L made an appointment to try on wedding dresses after having a not so pleasant experience at another bridal store. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They listened to the types of dresses I liked and helped me narrow down my choices. They had several different dresses for me to choose from. They offer dresses for all different budgets and work to make your dream dress work within your budget.

They also have dresses for your bridesmaids and flower girl too. They offered us champagne while we tried on dresses. They also have lot of veils to choose from. I was so happy with the experience I had here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I absolutely loved my dress and veil from Heart's Desire, they were incredibly accommodating for all of our needs. There was no problem with bringing in extra people, coming in multiple times to try on the dress, and their staff gave the perfect amount of opinions and advice while still respecting my own wishes and privacy. Couldn't recommend them more!

Rude I would never recommend coming here. Dress are cheap looking and pricey. They measured me and to my surprise it didn't fit. They gave my dress to another bridesmaid and didn't care to apologize

I really can't put into words how amazing this store is. Having visited several bridal salons in multiple states, this was by far the best experience I had. The staff is so incredible and made me feel so special. They went out of their way to make sure I got the dress I was in love with for my special day. Go here!

I had an amazing experience at this wedding boutique! Ashley was so sweet and helpful. This was my first time trying on dresses so I wasn't expecting to find my perfect dress in one shop. But, they had an amazing selection and they helped me narrow down the tons of dresses I picked out to make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible! We are definitely going back for the bridesmaid dresses, accessories and groom and groomsman outfits. love love loved!

Walked in, picked out a dress, and immediately knew it was what I wanted. The women in the store insisted that I try on a few other dresses, but I still bought the first. Everyone there was helpful and knew everything about the different dresses. Second trip, I called in, and they were able to squeeze me in to try on my dress. No appointment, same day, and they found time for me to come in last minute just to see my dress.

First fitting, I feel like I am in safe hands. I cannot recall the seamstress' name, but she was very nice, and made me feel that it was important to her that I look perfect on my wedding. My sister makes a lot of clothing, and the two of them got into an in depth conversation about needles and handling lace. Last two fittings are scheduled, and my dress is going to be steamed shortly before I pick it up on my wedding day. If anything changes, I will update, but this has definitely been one of the easiest parts of my wedding process.

This was the first boutique I visited upon getting engaged. I was underwhelmed by the service as well as the selection. There was one particular gown which caught my eye on my first visit. I decided to return a few weeks later to revisit that dress. I felt pressured to buy by the manager whose name escapes me. She seemed pushy and disingenuous in her compliments of the dress.

I shared my concerns that the dress felt heavy and that I was very hot in it and she attempted to invalidate my concerns by saying it was a hot day. That was a ridiculous comment given the fact that the AC was blasting when I walked into the shop. Bottom line: I was made to feel like nothing more than a possible sale. I ended up buying a Pronovias dress from a different boutique which treated me like royalty for only a few hundred dollars more than what the lower end dress would have cost me here.

I went here with my sister and family. We were looking for a dress for my sister. The place is small but they have a fairly decent selection of dresses. I thought they would be super expensive but they had decently priced dresses. The girl who helped my sister was super nice. She tried on a bunch of dresses and never felt rushed. Each person gets their own firing room with mirror and chairs for friends and family. They also have flower girl dresses, veils and accessories. I would recommend it.

I had SUCH an amazing experience here today! I had an idea set in my head, and Angela did everything to help me reach my goals. We had the shop basically to ourselves, and I was able to simply walk the aisles and pick out what I liked to try on! I found my dress today, and I will suggest this place to my friends in the future!

The employees went out there way to meet every need. We found the wedding dress we wanted and at two different locations, but we chose A Heart's Desires Bridal because of their wonderful costumer service. I was beyond impressed. They also have a great dress selection and willing to do whatever it takes to find that right dress for you.

I had such a great experience here! The staff is very friendly and treats the bride and her guests like family. I worked with Staci and she was so helpful and warm. She took excellent care of us. We were just going to check things out but ended up finding the perfect dress. Highly recommend this charming boutique.

A Heart's Desire is the most wonderful place for a bride to shop for her wedding gown. The owner Imelda and her wonderful staff of girls are knowledgable, warm, and so loving towards their brides. I have been working alongside Imelda in the bridal industry for years and I cannot say enough good things about her and her business. Every bride owes it to herself to have a wonderful dress shopping experience and to feel comfortable and reassured as they first try on dresses.

It's a huge decision and take it from me, Imelda and her staff have the best interest of their brides at heart. They make a wonderful atmosphere for brides of every shape, age and size and have a gorgeous selection of dresses and bridesmaids dresses. Her shop is right in the heart of downtown and is a must-go for every bride or bridesmaid on the central coast!
